PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources confirmed that MVP recently signed an official contract with AEW.
Johnson reported that MVP and AEW officials came to terms for a deal around a month ago.
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Grand Slam 2024 show at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York featured former WWE talent MVP making his official surprise debut in AEW.
Fightful Select reported that their sources confirmed that MVP recently signed an official contract with AEW. No other details were given regarding MVP’s contract.
Prior to MVP’s signing, Bobby Lashley and Shelton had also been in recent talks with AEW for potential deals and to reform the Hurt Business under a potential new name of the Hurt Syndicate.
Following his appearance, MVP reflected on Twitter about making his official debut in AEW.
