Shayna Baszler reportedly recently signed a new contract with WWE to keep her in the company for the foreseeable future, according to Fightful Select.
It was reported that their sources stated that Baszler’s new deal recently came together and Baszler’s contract had been originally set to expire later this year.
It was reported that while the exact length is currently not known, it was confirmed that Baszler’s new deal is for multiple years in length.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that Baszler is viewed very positively within WWE with one longtime WWE staff member stating that Baszler approaches WWE void of any ego and is always easy to work with. One high level WWE official spoken to reportedly stated Baszler has long been helpful in many ways with newer talent as well. This same person brought up Baszler’s recent work with Lola Vice in WWE’s NXT brand and their recent NXT Underground match at this past June’s NXT Battleground 2024 event.
