Friday’s WWE SmackDown drew 1,725,000 viewers on USA Network, down from the previous week’s 1,770,000 viewers on FOX. That week’s show was notable for being SmackDown’s season premiere and return show to USA Network.
It drew a 0.55 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from the previous week’s 0.45 rating.
In regards to notable sports competition, the College football game of Arizona vs. Kansas State drew 2,582,000 viewers on FOX.
Last year’s SmackDown on September 15, 2023 drew 2,569,000 viewers and a 0.70 rating. The September 16, 2022 episode drew 2,212,000 viewers.
