As noted before, former TNA Wrestling talents The Motor City Machine Guns’ Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin recently signed official contracts with WWE and were expected to make their official debuts on WWE’s SmackDown brand. The October 11th WWE SmackDown show featured a vignette for MCMG’s revealing that they will be making their official debut on tonight’s show in Columbia, South Carolina.
WWE released a video earlier today confirming that Shelley and Sabin have signed official contracts with the company.
In the video, WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis also confirmed that MCMG will be the mystery opponents against Los Garzas (Angel & Berto) for their official WWE in-ring debut match on tonight’s show. Aldis also stated that this match will now be a Triple Treat match with A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) as the third team.
