Former WWE talents Baron Corbin and AJ Francis reportedly were in attendance at Saturday’s AEW Worlds End 2024 event in Orlando, Florida, according to Fightful Select.
Sean Ross Sapp reported that his sources stated that Francis was seen chatting with AEW CEO Tony Khan at ringside prior to the start of the show. Francis reportedly was also seen chatting with his former Hit Row stablemate Swerve Strickland as well.
In regards to Corbin, real name Tom Pestock, Sapp reported that Corbin was also seen in attendance at the event. Corbin reportedly is still not eligible to sign with a new company for at least another month due to his current non-compete clause with WWE.
Sapp reported that it is currently not known if Corbin and Francis were simply just visiting or if there is mutual interest between AEW and the two in working together in the future.
Following Fightful’s report, Francis confirmed on Twitter that he had attended AEW’s event on Saturday.

In a follow-up report, Sapp reported that former WWE talent Tyler Breeze was also seen in attendance at AEW’s event. Sapp reported that those spoken to stated that Breeze was simply just visiting since he lives in the Ornaldo area and visited some friends who work in AEW.
Besides Corbin, Francis, and Breeze, PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Teal Piper, daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper was also seen in attendance at AEW’s event.
