Saturday’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York featured Cody Rhodes defeating Kevin Owens to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship in the main event of the show.
Following the show going off the air, Owens attacked Rhodes and laid him out after hitting a package piledriver.

This led to WWE officials and medical rushing out to attend to Rhodes as Owens grabbed the special Winged Eagle Undisputed WWE title and hoisted it up as Rhodes was being placed on a stretcher. Owens then walked around the ring and even stood on top of Rhodes before leave the ring in possession of Rhodes’ title belt.

As Owens made his way to the back, he was confronted by WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque and engaged in heated argument that briefly turned physical after Levesque shoved Owens away from his face. This led to WWE officials getting involved and escorted Owens away.
