Cedric Alexander Announces His Departure from WWE

Cedric Alexander announced this evening on Twitter that he is currently no longer with WWE.

In his tweet, Alexander thanked WWE for the past eight and a half years he spent in the company and teased at officially becoming a free agent in 90 days.

Thank you for the last 8 1/2 years!

Being a professional wrestler has been a dream of mine since I could form memories and I will continue to do so till the good Lord says otherwise. #SeeYouIn90

No other details regarding his departure were given nor contract situation prior to his departure is currently known.

Prior to his departure, Alexander had been with WWE since June of 2016 and had been working for their NXT brand since this past July.
