Legendary tag team Demolition (Demolition Ax & Demolition Smash) reportedly recently signed a Legends/Nostalgia contract with WWE, according to PWInsider.
While the tag team is currently not in WWE’s Hall of Fame, Demolition Ax (real name Bill Eadie) and Demolition Smash (real name Barry Darsow) had revealed in late 2024 that they were invited by WWE to attend last year’s Hall of Fame ceremony but had to turn down the offer due to other commitments at the time.
Demolition is most known for their time together in WWE from 1987 to 1990 and as a group with Crush (real name Bryan Adams) until 1991. Demolition previously held the record for longest ever WWE Tag Team Championship reign of 478 days that was later broken by New Day and The Usos.
