Carlito Comments on His In-Ring Career Future
A recent episode of the Insight with Chris Van Vliet podcast featured Carlito as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Carlito’s thoughts about the future of his in-ring wrestling career and him currently dealing with some injuries-related issues.
“For a little bit, yeah (I can continue wrestling). I still feel like I have a little bit left in the tank…
I think I got a few more years in me. Not many, but a few… That’s (wrestling into my 50s) probably not gonna happen. No. Probably not. Mentally, I think. But my body’s probably…
Yeah, that’s helped me out a lot (not having to wrestle every week). I’ve been dealing with some injuries so not bumping has helped. But, yeah, like I said, there’s still a little bit left in the tank.”
Carlito also gave his thoughts about his current time with Judgement Day in WWE.
“That’s been — that’s been — yeah, stupidness (he jokingly said about being a part of Judgment Day). That I enjoy very much… Yeah, I’m having a lot of fun with these guys. They’re a good group of kids.”

Natalya Comments on Winning WWE Women’s Intercontinental Being Her Career Goal for 2025
A recent episode of the Ring The Belle podcast featured Natalya as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Natalya’s thoughts about her signing a new contract with WWE this past June and her current goals for her wrestling career for 2025.
“I was signing my new deal with WWE in June of last year. I had some really great conversations, especially with Triple H. So I think with Triple H, he’s really, really big on storytelling, and he’s really big on finding the right moments for everyone, not just the women of WWE, but for the men of WWE, too. If you look at the way he books PLEs and our shows, it’s everything. I feel like there’s a rhyme and a reason, and it’s very, very strategic. So my goal, and I’ve expressed this to everybody that I work with, especially the powers that be, is to be a part of fun stories, and too, for me, it’s, it’s not so much about winning and losing matches as it is about being a part of stories. So I feel like my goal for this year is to win the IC Title because I feel like it, for me, the IC title is a title for the workhorses, and so, with my family connection and just everything that I’ve worked for, I would love to be a Women’s IC Champion. I would love to be a part of some really great storylines.”
Natalya continued to express faith in Triple H and his ability to turn careers around with the right storyline. She used Nia Jax as an example of someone who’s been able to take advantage of the new regime and have a great resurgence in her career. So I have so much faith in Triple H that we’re going to get there. It’s just that timing is everything, waiting for that right storyline. Seeing how he’s turned so many people. Nia Jax, in the last year coming back under this booking with Triple H, she has had the run of a lifetime, and she’s been able to prove to everybody why she is Women’s Championship material. She’s elevated so many other women. Women have elevated her, too, but she’s done the best work of her career. I think she’s fantastic. I’m excited for when I get to be a part of a storyline that the fans can really get connected to. So, that is my goal for this year, and I’m looking forward to it.”

Tegan Nox Comments on Being “Very Sick” for Reason for Absence from WWE in 2024
As noted before, Tegan Nox was released from WWE this past November as part of a batch of talent releases at the time.
Metro held a recent interview with Nox, also known as Nixon Newell in the indies. One of the topics discussed included Nox’s thoughts about the reason for her lengthy absence from WWE throughout 2024 was due to her dealing with a serious illness.
“I did get incredibly sick for a little while. We didn’t really get a legit answer. I went through tests, I was in hospital, a bunch of different stuff. So I think it was down to a lot of stress mixed with other things. But I was really sick, which didn’t help with the time off. I think that started it all, even though I said, ‘I’m good to go, it’s just I get sick now and again.’ But it wasn’t, like, deathly or anything. I think it was a mix of them wanting to be safe, miscommunication with a lot of different people, because it was going from their doctors to outside doctors to hospitals. I think it just got lost in [translation] and stuff like that. But I think unnecessary time off started with a necessary time off, if that makes sense.
I needed that second to try and figure out what was going on, and then when we kind of figured it out, I was on medication, I could have come back, and I was just never brought back from there. I thought I was going to be released a lot sooner.”
