“Big” Bronson Reed on Oba Femi Pushing His Foot Away Unscripted Moment on Sept. 7th WWE RAW Show

As noted before, the September 7th episode of WWE RAW featured The Vision attacking Oba Femi and laying him out. This segment was notable for “Big” Bronson Reed putting his foot on Femi’s body for The Vision’s group pose and Femi pushing his foot away in an unscripted moment. This unscripted moment resulted in some backstage being caught off guard and not being happy over what Femi did.

The West Sport held a recent interview with Reed. One of the topics discussed included Reed’s thoughts in character about his and Femi’s incident at the show.

“Oh, I think you got to remember I am the top dog. I’m always going to assert dominance and that’s what I would try to do and he’s very much the same. That’s why he obviously hit my foot off like so if people have speculation about these things then go for it. Speculate. But of course, both of us want to be number one and we’re going to do whatever it takes to be number one.”

Sami Zayn Comments on How His Second Undisputed WWE Title Win Cements Him

As noted before, this past Friday’s WWE SmackDown show in Mexico City, Mexico featured Sami Zayn defeating CM Punk to become the new Undisputed WWE Champion for the second time in his WWE career.

A recent episode of the Busted Open Radio podcast featured Zayn as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Zayn’s thoughts about his feelings in his two Undisputed WWE title wins and how his second title win cements his legacy.

“The first one and the second one, even though they were so close together, it felt really different because the first one is like, ‘Wow, I can’t believe I did it.’ It was also quite short-lived, as has been widely discussed by now. It kind of felt like, maybe it was a miracle, maybe it was a fluke, but I got to say that I did it. It’s really hard to get there. There are probably fewer than 100 people in human history who have held that title. To be on that list, it was, ‘Well, I did it.’ Doing it the second time, it’s like, ‘No, this is no fluke.’ It cemented me, in a way. Totally different feeling, equal amount of pride, but it washes away that little part of, ‘Well, I just got lucky.’”

Zayn also gave his thoughts about if CM Punk was a phony or overrated.

“Phony? Yeah. Overrated? I have to be honest, I never got in the ring with him until earlier this year, and I can’t take it away from him. He’s great in the ring. He actually opened my eyes because for a long time, the hype around Punk…you can say the same about me, ‘I don’t get this guy.’ There were times with Punk, to the levels he reached, I was like, ‘I don’t get how he reached these levels. Clearly, there is something about him, but I didn’t always get the hype. I didn’t. After I got in the ring with him three or four times this year, I can’t take it away from him. Trust me, I would love to. I would love to sit here and bash him for the next 10-15 minutes, but in the ring, I can’t take it away from him.”

WWE Programming Moving To Netflix In Japan This October

As noted before, Japanese streaming company ABEMA will no longer be streaming WWE content, including WWE PLEs, on their service in Japan after their contract expires on September 30.

WWE’s WWE Japan account on Twitter announced that WWE programming will be officially moving over to Netflix in Japan starting on October 1.
