As noted before, Kamille has been absent from AEW programming since this past November. Kamille last appeared on the November 30, 2024 episode of AEW Collision which featured her being seen laid out backstage after an unseen attack by a mystery assistant.
A recent episode of The Battleground Podcast featured AEW CEO Tony Khan as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Khan’s thoughts about Kamille’s current absence from AEW and her potential return in the future to confront her storyline mystery attacker.
“We don’t know who attacked Kamille, and the last time we saw her, she was attacked. We know she had a break up with Mercedes Mone in their business relationship. Mercedes is flourishing since then, she’s done really well on her own, but Kamille, we haven’t seen her since she was attacked.
When Kamille does return to get payback for that attack, it’ll be interesting to see who she goes after and what that was.”
