As noted before, Alex Hammerstone’s contract with TNA Wrestling expired this past February and he is currently a free agent.
WrestleVotes reported that their sources stated that WWE officials are currently interested in signing Hammerstone to a potential contract.
It was reported that it is currently not known if Hammerstone is looking for a WWE contract or if he is going to spend some time on the indies but there are some within WWE who are pushing for the company to sign Hammerstone.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported in a recent Q&A article that his sources stated that several people within AEW also are currently pushing for the company to sign Hammerstone as well.
Prior to his departure, Hammerstone had been with TNA since January of 2024 and had previously worked for Major League Wrestling from February of 2019 to January of 2024.
