Xia Brookside, Léi Yǐng Lee and Rosemary join forces against NXT’s Fatal Influence! We’re off to a quick start as Brookside, Lee and Rosemary jump their opponents before the opening bell. Fallon Henley is making her TNA Wrestling in-ring debut tonight but she wants no part of Rosemary. Jayne makes the blind tag, allowing Fatal Influence to take control. Rosemary goes Upside Down on Nyx. Brookside neutralizes a distraction from Fatal Influence as Lee launches Jayne across the ring. Rosemary spears Henley on the floor. Brookside soars with a crossbody, taking out Fatal Influence on the outside. Rosemary gives brass knuckles to Brookside, but she doesn’t want to use them. Jayne capitalizes with a discus punch to pin Brookside.

Winner: Fatal Influence via Pinfall.

Eric Young sends one final message to Steve Maclin ahead of their scheduled TNA International Championship match tonight.


Backstage: The System, Cody Deaner

JDC isn’t here tonight due to travel issues. With his contract set to expire on May 1, Cody Deaner offers to take his spot in The System but he is turned down. Moose will now have to compete twice – once in Ultimate X and once in the six-man tag team match against Ace Austin and The Rascalz.

Elijah vs. Shane Haste

Representing TMDK, Shane Haste answers the Walk With Elijah Open Challenge!

Elijah connects with a swinging neckbreaker. Haste hits a Saito suplex. Elijah regains control, almost putting Haste away with a powerbomb. Haste hits the Falcon Arrow, followed by a Punt Kick but it’s not enough. Elijah bounces back, scoring the victory following Highwayman’s Farewell.

Winner: Elijah via Pinfall.


Backstage: Frankie Kazarian

Frankie Kazarian claims that the king will get his crown when he comes the new TNA World Champion tonight.


TNA X-Division Championship Ultimate X Match
Leon Slater vs. Matt Cardona vs. El Hijo del Vikingo vs. KC Navarro vs. Sidney Akeem vs. Moose (c)

Moose puts his X-Division Title up for grabs in the high-risk, high-wire spectacle known as Ultimate X! His challengers: Matt Cardona, Leon Slater, El Hijo del Vikingo, KC Navarro and Sidney Akeem. Moose counters Radio Silence from Cardona into a powerbomb. Slater dives over the top and whips Moose into the ramp. Akeem takes everyone out with a Moonsault to the floor. Moose is afraid of heights and Alisha Edwards tries to scale the cables for him! Navarro spikes Slater with a tornado DDT. Akeem crashes into Moose from high atop the cables. Vikingo hits Akeem with a Destroyer on the hardest part of the ring. A.J. Francis gets involved with a Down Payment to Vikingo. Moose neutralizes Francis with a spear. Slater dives off the top of the truss, crashing into everyone with a Swanton 450. Slater unhooks the title but Moose spears him before he hits the mat. Moose grabs the title and retains the X-Division Championship.

Winner: Moose to retain the TNA X-Division Championship.


TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Four-way Match
Meta-Four (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend) vs. Spitfire (Jody Threat & Dani Luna) vs. Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley vs. Ash & Heather By Elegance (c)

Ash & Heather By Elegance must defend the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles in a 4-Way match against NXT’s Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson, Spitfire, and NXT’s Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley! Jackson leaps off the shoulders of Legend, crashing into everyone on the outside. Spitfire connect with a double stalling vertical suplex on Heather By Elegance. Dolin snaps Threat with Pandemonium off the ropes. Threat takes Ash for a ride with a spinning UFO powerbomb. Maggie Lee comes to the aid of Ash and Heather By Elegance, allowing them to escape with their titles.

Winner: Ash & Heather By Elegance via Pinfall to retain the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship.

Elijah reflects on his victory over Shane Haste earlier tonight, and turns his attention towards his friend, Joe Hendry, who defends the TNA World Title in a three-way match tonight.


Six-Man Tag Team Match
The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) & Ace Austin vs. The System (Moose, Eddie Edwards, & Brian Myers)

JDC is unable to compete due to travel issues. He will be replaced by X-Division Champion Moose as The System collides with Ace Austin and The Rascalz, who are backed by pro wrestling legend Sean Waltman!

It doesn’t take long before Alisha Edwards makes her presence felt at ringside. The System cut off the ring and begin to wear Miguel down. Miguel counters the Roster Cut but The System take away his tag options. Miguel finally creates separation and makes the tag to Wentz. The pace quickens as Wentz goes on the attack. Austin hits Moose with The Fold, followed by Spiral tap from Wentz. Waltman takes out Alisha with the X-Factor. Wentz counters the spear from Moose into an X-Factor of his own. Wentz pins the X-Division Champion with a UFO Cutter to win!

Winner: The Rascalz & Ace Austin via Pinfall.


Backstage: Steve Maclin

Steve Maclin is silent and more focused than ever ahead of his TNA International Title match with Eric Young.


TNA International Championship
Eric Young vs. Steve Maclin (c)

Steve Maclin makes his first defense as the inaugural International Champion against the man he didn’t pin in the tournament final, Eric Young! Maclin thwarts a pre-match attack from The Norther Armory’s Judas Icarus and Travis Williams. Young is about to be Caught in the Crosshairs but Icarus and Williams get involved once again, causing the referee to eject them from ringside. Maclin clotheslines them over the top rope to the floor. The distraction pays off as Maclin crashes and burns on Caught in the Crosshairs. Minutes later, Maclin successfully hits Caught in the Crosshairs but Young kicks out at two. Young bites his opponent, then soars with the top rope elbow drop. Maclin counters the Piledriver into a pinning predicament for three.

Winner: Steve Maclin via Pinfall to retain the TNA International Championship.

After the match, Maclin is immediately jumped by Icarus and Williams. Young chokes out Maclin with a steel chain.


Falls Count Anywhere Match
Mustafa Ali vs. Mike Santana

The deeply personal rivalry between Mike Santana and Mustafa Ali explodes in a Falls Count Anywhere match! Santana redirects Ali head-first into the steel ring steps. Santana dives off the stage, crashing into Ali on the floor. The fight spills into the crowd where Santana scores with a Moonsault on the concrete. Ali’s secret service and The Great Hands attack Santana. Ali leaps from high above the crowd, crashing into Santana below. Santana hits a Death Valley Driver into two steel chairs, but it’s not enough to keep Ali down. Ali goes coast-to-coast on the apron for a near fall of his own. The Great Hands prevent Santana from connecting with Spin the Block. Ali hits a top rope 450 through a table at ringside. Santana handcuffs John Skyler and Jason Hotch to the ropes. Santana has Ali beat but this time it’s Tasha Steelz who makes the save. Santana gets revenge by sending her through a table. Back in the ring, Santana suplexes Ali off the steps through a table for another near fall. Ali drives a barbed-wire baseball into the skull of Santana. Santana hits Spin the Block to win.

Winner: Mike Santana via Pinfall.

TNA Knockouts World Championship
Tessa Blanchard vs. Masha Slamovich (c)

Tessa Blanchard challenges Masha Slamovich in a blockbuster Knockouts World Title showdown! Slamovich jumpstarts the match with a burst of offense, crashing into Blanchard on the outside. Blanchard regains control and dominates Slamovich for several minutes. Slamovich counters Magnum, then creates some much-needed separation with Code Red. Slamovich pushes through the pain but Blanchard bounces back. Blanchard locks in a Figure Four to inflict more damage. Blanchard hits a modified Magnum out of the corner but Slamovich stays alive. Blanchard hits the Buzzsaw for a very close near fall. Slamovich secures an armbar, forcing Blanchard to tap out.

Winner: Masha Slamovich via Submission to retain the TNA Knockouts World Championship.


TNA World Tag Team Championship
The Nemeths (Nic & Ryan Nemeth) vs. The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) (c)

Rebellion’s Triple Main Event rolls on as Nic and Ryan Nemeth challenge The Hardys for the TNA World Tag Team Championship! Despite The Hardys being the rightful champions, Nic and Ryan are in possession of the titles after stealing them from The Hardy Compound this past Thursday. Ryan counters a Twist of Fate from Matt before Nic hangs him up on the top rope. The Nemeths cut off the ring and wear Matt down with tandem offense. Matt finds a window of opportunity and makes the tag to Jeff. The pace quickens as Jeff goes on the attack, dropping an elbow on Nic. Jeff catches Nic with the Whisper in the Wind for two. The Hardys have Nic beat with the Plot Twist but Ryan makes the save. Nic turns the tide with a Famouser to Jeff. Matt accidently gets in the referee’s path while Jeff is pinning Nic. Ryan prevents Jeff from hitting the Swanton Bomb. Matt introduces a steel chair but Ryan uses it against him. Nic goes low on Jeff while the referee was distracted. Nic puts Jeff away with Danger Zone as Ryan scores the pin to win.

Winner: The Nemeths via Pinfall to become the new TNA World Tag Team Champions.


TNA World Championship Three-way Match
Frankie Kazarian vs. “All Ego” Ethan Page vs. Joe Hendry (c)

Joe Hendry puts the TNA World Title on the line against Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner Frankie Kazarian and NXT’s Ethan Page! Hendry goes for an early Standing Ovation on Kazarian. Hendry leaps over the top rope, taking out both of his opponents on the outside. Back in the ring, Page hits Hendry with a vertical suplex, which simultaneously knocks Kazarian back to the floor. Hendry powers out of a submission from Page. Kazarian catches Hendry with his signature springboard leg drop. Everyone is down following a huge Tower of Doom out of the corner. Page sends Kazarian crashing into the timekeeper’s area. Page spikes Hendry with a draping DDT on the outside. Kazarian cuts off Page with the Call Your Shot trophy. Kazarian hits Fade to Black on Hendry but Page breaks the count. All three men exchange strikes in the middle of the ring. Hendy breaks free of the Chicken Wing, then drops Kazarian with an AA through a table. Page hits Hendry with a cutter on the TNA World Title belt but it’s not enough. Hendry puts him away with a Fallaway Slam, followed by the Standing Ovation to retain.

Winner: Joe Hendry via Pinfall to retain the TNA World Championship.

After the match, NXT’s Trick Williams blindsides Joe Hendry! Williams lays out Hendry with the Trick Shot, standing tall over the champion.
