Bayley “Injury” Status Update – Bayley Suffered “Partially Dislocated Shoulder”

As noted before, Bayley was pulled from WrestleMania 41 following her suffering a storyline injury after being attacked unseen by a mystery attacker during this past Saturday’s Countdown to WrestleMania 41 pre-show in Las Vegas.

During Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, RAW commentator Michael Cole provided an update stating that Bayley had suffered a “partially dislocated shoulder and anterior labrum tear” and will be out of action for the foreseeable future.

Judgement Day Wins WWE Women’s Tag Titles & Becky Lynch Turns Heel on Lyra Valkyria

Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show also featured Judgement Day (Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan) defeating Lyra Valkyria & Becky Lynch to become the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

Following the match, Lynch went to console Vakyria over their loss and helped her up to her feet. Lynch then embraced Valkyria with a hug only to then attack her Valkyria as the crowd responded with a mixture of boos and cheers as Lynch continued her attack being egged on by those in support in the crowd.

Rusev Makes Surprise WWE Return at Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania Show

Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show also featured Rusev making his surprise return to WWE.

Following the New Day and Alpha Academy’s promo segment revolving around Maxxine Dupri getting New Day to put their newly won WWE World Tag Team titles on the line in an impromptu tag titles match, the lights went off and when it came back on Rusev’s music played and came out to the ring. Rusev proceeded to attack and laid out Akira Tozawa and Otis as New Day walked away.

This was Rusev’s first appearance in WWE since April of 2020.

Stephanie Vaquer Makes Surprise Appearance & Competes in Match Against IYO SKY

Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show also featured current NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer making her surprise WWE main roster debut appearance.

During the show, current WWE Women’s Wold Champion IYO SKY came out to the ring and talked about her victory over Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 41 to retain her title. SKY then talked about how that makes her the best in the world. After some more words, Vaquer’s music played to interrupt and came out to the ring. Vaquer congratulated SKY and stated that SKY is the best but she is not the only one. Vaquer then issued a challenge for a match, which SKY accepted. Before the match could start, RAW GM Adam Pearce came out to interrupt and after some words saying it can’t happen just yet, he ended up making it official and the match taking place right now.

Roxanne Perez & Giulia Make Surprise Appearance & Join Forces

Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show also featured NXT talents Roxanne Perez and Giulia making surprise appearances.

Near the end of the match between Stephanie Vaquer and IYO SKY, Perez ran out and attacked SKY leading to the referee calling for the bell. This led to Giulia running out next and looked at Perez resulting in the two joining forces and attacked Vaquer and SKY. This led to Rhea Ripley’s music playing to interrupt and her running out of the ring to clear it of Perez and Giulia. Ripley then grabbed the WWE Women’s World title and handed it to SKY and stated that she was coming for it. Ripley then left the ring.

Sami Zayn Makes Surprise Return on Monday’s RAW After Mania Show

Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show also featured Sami Zayn making his surprise return from “injury.”

During the show, Jey Uso came out to the ring and talked about his victory over Gunther to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Uso then talked about how he will be a fighting champion.

This led to Zayn’s music playing to interrupt and came out to the ring. Zayn grabbed a microphone and talked about how he was not able to be there when Uso beat Gunther for the title and how he almost didn’t bother to come to Las Vegas tonight. Zayn then gave some words of praise over how proud he is of Jey for what he has become and his title victory.

This then led to Zayn giving Uso a big hug in the ring and the two celebrating albeit Zayn acting very awkwardly and suspiciously as if he was waiting for his moment to strike and turn on Uso. As they were celebrating, Jimmy Uso’s music played and he came out to the ring to celebrate that continued its way to the back as Zayn still acted very suspiciously.

This was Zayn’s first appearance since this past March’s Elimination Chamber 2025 event.

Gunther Attacks Pat McAfee & Michael Cole on Monday’s WWE RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show also featured Gunther attacking RAW commentator Michael Cole and Pat McAfee.

During the show, an angry Gunther came out to ringside and ranted about him losing his WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Jey Uso. This led to the crowd bullying Gunther chanting “you tapped out” and Cole joining in on the bullying mocking Gunther for tapping out.

This led to Gunther snapping and attacked both Cole and McAfee. Gunther first shoved McAfee to the ground and locked in a rear naked choke to Cole that was broken up by McAfee attacking Gunther in response. This led to a brawl breaking out between the two as WWE officials ran out to try to break it up to no avail. Gunther locked in a rear naked choke to McAfee as McAfee’s face turned red and started passing out. Gunther eventually let go of his choke and left leading to officials and Cole checking on McAfee’s well-being. McAfee was then helped to the back as he was coughing and wheezing.

In a follow-up segment, Cole and McAfee was seen backstage being helped to the medical room with RAW GM Adam Pearce and WWE officials helping them. While McAfee entered the room for treatment, Cole refused and stated that he was going back to work despite Pearce telling him to take the rest of the night off for his well-being. Cole talked about Pearce has to do something about Gunther because he needs to be able to do his job and express his opinions. Cole then stated that he is not going to let a bully stop him on WrestleMania week. Cole then made his way back out to join Joe Tessitore, who replaced McAfee, for commentary.

JD McDonagh Makes Surprise Return on Monday’s RAW After Mania Show

Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show also featured JD McDonagh making his surprise return from injury.

Near the end of the WWE Intercontinental Championship match between Penta and Dominik Mysterio, Judgement Day’s Carlito distracted the referee leading to McDonagh running out and hit Penta with a running kick. This led to Mysterio hitting a 619 and followed it with a Frog Splash for the pinfall victory to retain his title. Following the match, McDonagh and the rest of Judgement Day celebrated Mysterio’s win as Finn Balor looked on unimpressed.

This was McDonagh’s first appearance since this past January due to a broken ribs and punctured lung injuries.
