Seth Rollins Addresses His Group’s Actions at Last Week’s RAW Show & Sami Zayn Rejects Rollins’ Offer to Leave RAW
Monday’s WWE RAW show at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri featured Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman, & Bron Breakker addressing their actions towards CM Punk and Roman Reigns on last week’s show.
During the show, Rollins, Heyman, and Breakker came out to the ring with Rollins dressed up in his usual goofy way. After some words boasting about his main event win at WrestleMania 41 and mocking Punk and Reigns, Rollins stated that what they are looking at this ring right now is the future of our industry. Rollins stated that the future runs through one man and that man is not CM Punk, Roman Reigns, John Cena, Jey Uso, or Cody Rhodes. Rollins stated that the future of this industry, with Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker at his sides, runs through Seth βFreakinβ Rollins.
This led to Sami Zayn’s music playing to interrupt and he came out to the ring. After some friendly words by Rollins asking Zayn if he caught WrestleMania and their long history as friends, Zayn stated that he feels the need as a friend and someone who has known him for a long time to tell him to his face that this is a load of crap. A confused Rollins asked Zayn what he meant, which led to Zayn talking about how much time Rollins has spent talking about Reigns and Punk and how the one thing they have in common is standing over his shoulder. This led to the camera panning over and showing Heyman. Zayn then talked about how Rollins is any different to those two and how he feels Rollins was just jealous and wanted to be in the position they were in. This then led to some banter between the two over Rollins talking about his vision for the future and Zayn telling Rollins all he sees is the Bloodline 2.0 and some heated words at Breakker. Rollins then talked about how it might be the best for Zayn to get moved off Monday Night RAW or he could join them. Rollins stated that this wasn’t a threat but just an offer. Rollins then told Zayn he expects an answer from him by the end of tonight’s show.

In a follow-up segement, Zayn was seen seated in the locker room next to Otis. Heyman showed up and asked Otis to leave since he wanted a private chat. Heyman and Zayn talked about their past history together as OG Bloodline members. Heyman then talked about Rollins’ offer for Zayn to move to SmackDown for his well-being and future. Heyman stated that if Zayn takes the offer, him and Rollins have it already setup with SmackDown GM Nick Aldis that he will automatically get a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship. Heyman then told Zayn to think about his and his family’s family’s future. Heyman stated that Zayn can either live in the future or die in the past. Heyman then left the room but not before passing by Breakker at the doorway who gave a sinister smile over what just happened.

Another follow-up segments involved Zayn contemplating Rollins’ offer and his decision with Karrion Kross telling him to make the smart one in a evil tone and Jey Uso telling him that he supports whatever the decision is.
In the final follow-up segment, Rollins was in the ring and called out Zayn, which he did. Rollins then talked about their past history together and how Zayn was one of his true friends and how he had turned to Zayn for advice when his baby girl was born. Rollins stated that he wanted to return the favor by giving advice that would save his life, being to take the way out or bad things would happen which he didn’t want to do. After some words in response, Zayn stated that he knew Rollins was playing games with what he said in the ring. After some more words about Rollins danging the one thing he wanted being a WWE Champion in front of him, Zayn stated that he was never one to run away and how he didn’t care if he was a target because he’s been a target many times before. Zayn stated that he wouldn’t dare be blackmailed or threatened and how he would become a champion one day but it would not be due to a favor and it would because he did it the right way. Zayn then told Rollins “So buddy, as a friend, I respect you. I love you. But this is me telling you to go to hell.β

Lynch then proceeded to mock and insult Bayley and how Bayley wondered why she wasn’t a bigger star but she saw a bigger star when Lynch walked out at WrestleMania. This led to Valyria’s music playing to interrupt and came out to the stage. Valkyrie stated that many women in the back warned her about Lynch and Bayley being the first. Valkyria stated that she didnβt want to believe them and was caught up in the fairytale dream of winning the tag titles with Lynch at Mania. Valkyria then stated that it took her Valkyria too long to realize it, but after three consecutive Man-handle slams last week, she realized who Lynch was and now she would pay for it. Valkyria then went into the ring leading to Lynch bailing out from it in response. After some more words, Valkyria stated that if Lynch doesn’t want to face her tonight, then they could at Backlash and would put her title on the line since she knew Lynch wouldn’t accept otherwise.
