As noted before, The Righteous, Dutch & Vincent, profiles were recently removed from AEW’s official roster page and were confirmed to have recently departed from AEW and Ring of Honor.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Vincent and Dutch had requested last week to be released from their contracts.
Johnson reported that Vincent and Dutch’s contracts were not set to expire until sometime later this year and those spoken to within AEW stated that the split between the two sides was “fully amicable.”
Another source spoken to within AEW reportedly stated that the option for The Righteous to return is not entirely closed and the door remains open for them for potential future appearances in AEW or ROH. This same source reportedly also stated that these potential future appearances would be on a non-contracted pay-per appearance type basis.
