Shotzi Comments on “100% Of The Wrestlers You Call Injury Prone Are Not, They Are Just Human”

As noted before, Shotzi was released from WWE earlier this month as part of a larger batch of talent releases. Shotzi’s departure was revealed to have been due to her contract not being renewed by WWE.

Shotzi gave her thoughts earlier today on Twitter about her criticisms towards fans who label certain wrestlers as being “injury prone” and lashed out at the claims being made of her being one of them.

“You idiots dont know what injury prone means — one major injury in 12 years is ‘injury prone.’ ‘Injury prone’ is a term that you wanna be smart marks overuse to sound smart. 100% of the wrestlers you are calling injury prone are not, they are just human.”

Shotzi’s comments were in response to a fan who had claimed that she was injury prone for the reason for her release. This fan stated “Shotzi unfortunately was injury prone. She had a great gimmick she was able to build. This may be a blessing in disguise she might want to become a mother and now she has time.


NJPW Introduces New Tag Team Titles for Their TAMASHII Brand

New Japan Pro Wrestling announced earlier today that they will be officially debuting a new Tag Team Championship belt for their TAMASHII brand at their TAMASHII Cold War event on July 4th in Mangere, New Zealand.

It was announced that a tag team tournament will be held at this upcoming event to crown the inaugural champions.

NJPW TAMASHII’s return to Mangere on July 4 at Cold War will see extra stakes added with the creation of the TAMASHII Tag Team Championships.

In the rich tradition of tag team wrestling in Oceania, TAMASHII’s teams have been the cornerstone of the brand since its inception, with the Pretty Boys, Ungrateful 1’s , Jungle Fury and more being joined recently by the returning Youngblood, Oskar Leube and Yuto Nakashima as they continue their international excursions.

With competition in the tag ranks only intensifying, TAMASHII has now created titles to cement excellence in the brand. The first ever TAMASHII Championships, the naugural champions will be decided through a one night tournament set to bring red hot action to the New Zealand midwinter!


Trios Match Announced for AAA Triplemania Regia 2025

Lucha Libre AAA recently announced the first official match for the card of their Triplemania Regia 2025 event, which takes place on June 15th at the Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico.

This new match announced was a Trios match of Octagon Jr., Laredo Kid, & La Parka vs. Abismo Negro, Taurus, & mystery partner.
