Alex Shelley Comments on Wanting to Work for Triple H Being Huge Factor in Motor City Machine Guns’ Decision to Sign with WWE
SHAK Wrestling held a recent interview with the Motor City Machine Guns’ Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin. One of the topics discussed included Shelley’s thoughts about how wanting to work for WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque was a huge factor in their decision to sign with WWE.
“We have no idea whose idea it was to bring us in. What I can say though, we talked directly to Paul, Triple H, and he treated us with the utmost respect. A huge factor in our decision was that we wanted to be players on his team. We wanted to be a part of the WWE machine, specifically with him leading the charge. That to me was something that was always at the front of our minds.”

TKO COO Mark Shapiro Comments on Upcoming New WWE Unreal Series
A recent JP Morgan Annual Global Technology, Media, and Communications Conference event in Boston, Massachusetts featured TKO Group COO Mark Shapiro as one of the guests. One of the topics discussed included Shapiroโs thoughts about WWE’s upcoming new behind-the-scenes WWE Unreal series for Netflix.
“This June, we’re coming out with our first reality series; WWE: Unreal, which is a behind the scenes look really at how the sausage is made with the storylines in WWE. I always tell Nick Kahn, ‘Careful, let’s not give away the Coca-Cola recipe here,’ but having said that, a little sneak into the writer’s room, as evident by SNL [Saturday Night Live], is something fans and viewers of WWE want to see.”
