WWE NXT Taping Spoilers for July 1st Episode – Two Matches Set for Great American Bash 2025

WWE held a double set of television tapings on Tuesday at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

The first taping was for Tuesday’s live episode of NXT while the second taping was held right afterwards and will be for the July 1st episode.

In regards to notable moments from the tapings, two new matches were announced for the card of NXT Great American Bash 2025 on July 12th in Atlanta, Georgia. The first new match was a NXT Championship match of Yoshiki Inamura vs. Jasper Troy. This match was setup following Inamura defeating Troy in a #1 Contender match.

The second new match announced was a tag team match of Jordynne Grace & Blake Monroe vs. Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne & Fallon Henley). This match was setup following a promo segment involving Grace about her upcoming NXT Women’s Championship match against Jayne. Grace was interrupted by Fatal Influence leading to a brawl breaking out and Monroe joining in. NXT GM Ava came out and made a tag match official for the show.

Full results from WWE’s NXT tapings on June 24th:

• Joe Hendry defeated Wes Lee. During the match, The High Ryze’s Tyson DuPont & Tyriek Igwe interfered leading to Mike Santana making a surprise appearance and came out to even the odds.
• Myles Borne defeated Lexis King
• Lainey Reid defeated Thea Hail
• Luca Crusifino came out to the ring and called out Tony D’Angelo. This led to D’Angelo coming out and the two speaking about what happened during the NXT Heritage Cup match and result with Stacks. This led to Stacks coming out and spoke from the entrance. After some banter, Crusifino attacked D’Angelo and Stacks made his way to the ring pleased by what just happened. This led to Crusifino laying out Stacks and stated that he is on his own side before walking out of the ring and to the back.
• NXT Championship #1 Contender match – Yoshiki Inamura defeated Jasper Troy. Following the match, Je’Von Evans came out and laid out Troy with a springboard cutter. NXT Champion Oba Femi came out and confronted Inamura face-to-face exchanging words.
• Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley defeated Sol Ruca & Zaria
• Jordynne Grace came out to the ring and talked about her winning the NXT Women’s Championship #1 Contender Fatal Four-way match and her journey to NXT. This led to Fatal Influence coming out to interrupt and after some words between Jacy Jayne and Grace, Grace attacked Fatal Influence only for the group to gain the numbers advantage over her. This led to Blake Monroe running out to save Grace and helped clear the ring of Fatal Influence. NXT GM Ava came out and made a tag match between Grace & Monroe and Fatal Influence (Jayne & Fallon Henley) official for NXT Great American Bash 2025.
