Jey Uso Advances in 2025 King of the Ring Tournament
Monday’s WWE RAW show at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin featured one tournament match for this year’s King of the Ring Tournament.
This match was Jey Uso defeating “Big” Bronson Reed, Sheamus, and Rusev in a Fatal Four-way match.

As a result of his victory, Uso advances to the Semifinal Round of this year’s King of the Ring tournament.
Asuka Advances in 2025 Queen of the Ring Tournament
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one tournament match for this year’s Queen of the Ring Tournament.
This match was Asuka defeating Raquel Rodriguez, Stephanie Vaquer, and Ivy Nile in a Fatal Four-way match.

As a result of her victory, Asuka advances to the Semifinal Round of this year’s Queen of the Ring tournament.
Goldberg Makes Surprise Return, Goldberg vs. Gunther for WWE World Title Set for July 12 SNME Show
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg making his surprise return.
During the show, new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther came out to the ring and talked about his victory over Jey Uso to regain his title and some insults directed at Uso. Gunther then talked about Seth Rollins wanting his title and how that puts a target on him and the rumors about someone else also wanting him in reference to Goldberg. This led to Goldberg’s music playing and him making his surprise return.

Goldberg came out to the ring and after some words, he issued a challenge to Gunther for the WWE World Championship at WWE’s next Saturday Night’s Main Event show on July 12th in Atlanta, Georgia.

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one new match announced for the card of Night of Champions 2025, which takes place on June 28th at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This new match announced was a WWE Intercontinental Championship match of AJ Styles vs. Dominik Mysterio (c).
This match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Styles’ issues with the Judgement Day. Following Styles’ victory over JD McDonagh, Mysterio attempted to attack Styles only for Styles to get the upper hand and cleared him out of the ring. Styles then grabbed the Intercontinental title and left with it after Mysterio didn’t bother to get it back.

In a follow-up segment, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis was seen backstage filling in for Adam Pearce leading to Styles showing up and handing him the IC title. Aldis told Styles that he will get the chance to hold that title permanently since he will be facing off against Mysterio for the title at Night of Champions.

Liv Morgan Suffers Dislocated Shoulder Injury on Monday’s WWE RAW Show
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Liv Morgan suffering a shoulder injury.
Morgan suffered the injury during her match against Kairi Sane. Morgan suffered the injury following a takedown spot by Sane that resulted in Morgan landing hard on her elbow and shoulder. This led to the referee immediately checking on Morgan and called for the ringside doctors to attend to her. After some treatment at ringside, the doctors helped Morgan to the back and the referee called the match off and awarded the victory to Sane.
