Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that Thunder Rosa is currently out of action for AEW due to an undisclosed injury.
No other details were given regarding Rosa’s injury nor a potential timetable for her in-ring return.
Rosa last wrested in the Women’s Casino Gauntlet match at AEW’s All In Texas event on July 12th in Arlington, Texas. Rosa had worked three straight nights that weekend including the July 10th AEW Collision show in an All Star 8-Woman Tag Team match and the July 11th ROH Supercard of Honor 2025 event in a ROH Women’s World Championship match.
