Nine News Queensland held a recent interview with AEW CEO Tony Khan and current AEW TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher. One of the topics discussed included Khan confirming that AEW will be returning to Australia for two events in February of 2026.
Khan announced that next year’s Grand Slam Australia event will be taking place on February 14, 2026 at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia.
Khan also announced that AEW will be holding a House Rules event on February 15, 2026 at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Sydney.
“February 14th will be AEW Grand Slam Sydney. We’ll have Grand Slam Australia coming to Sydney. We’re going to have house rules in Brisbane on February 15th.”
