WWE reportedly is currently considering plans to hold two WrestleMania events in a single year in the near future, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dave Meltzer reported that General Entertainment Authority Chairman Turki Alalshikh recently tweeted that a giant entertainment event is coming to Saudi Arabia in 2027 and a deal is done but has yet to be announced. Meltzer reported that while Alashikh did not specifically say WrestleMania, his sources stated that those within Saudi Arabia believe it is a WrestleMania event. Those within Saudi Arabia reportedly have also been pushing for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to headline this potential event.
Meltzer reported that Saudi Arabian officials have been pushing to get a WrestleMania event in their country and they would pay of giant sit fee to get it. Meltzer reported that this site fee would be the most lucrative for a WrestleMania event in WWE history.
Meltzer also reported that there have been talks of WWE holding two WrestleMania events in one year so that Saudi Arabia could have their own event. Meltzer also reported that London is also currently looking to get a WrestleMania.
