Zandokan Jr. Suffers Knee Injury at CMLL 92nd Anniversario Event

This past Friday’s CMLL 92nd Anniversaro event at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico featured Atlantis Jr. & El Sky Team (Mascara Dorada & Neon) defeating Zandokan Jr., Volador Jr., & Hechicero in a Best 2-out-of-3 Falls match. This match was notable for Zandokan Jr. suffering an apparent knee injury.

Zandokan Jr. provided an update on Tuesday on Instagram confirming that he had suffered a knee injury and will be out of action for the foreseeable future.

Dani Luna Replacing Masha Slamovich for Prestige Wrestling’s Roseland XII Event After Slamovich Domestic Abuse Allegations

As noted before, TNA Wrestling talent Masha Slamovich is currently dealing with domestic abuse allegations made against her by her former partner and current indies wrestler AKIRA. Following the allegations, Presitge Wrestling had pulled Slamovich from their upcoming Roseland XII event on October 15th in Portland, Oregon.

Prestige provided an update on Tuesday announcing that Dani Luna will be replacing Slamovich for her scheduled match against Shayna Baszler at their upcoming event.

Besides being pulled from Prestige’s event, Slamovich was also recently pulled from an upcoming event from West Coast Pro Wrestling and is currently under an internal investigation by TNA over the allegations against her.

House of Glory recently announced that former WWE talent Andrade will be making his official debut appearance for the company at their co-promoted HOG x Big Event EXS SuperClash event on November 15th in Long Island, New York.

Tuesday’s Giant Dream 2025 event for All Japan Pro Wrestling in Tachikawa, Japan featured Kento Miyahara defeating Jun Saito to become the new AJPW Triple Crown Champion.

HAVOC (Oddyssey & Xyon), former Odyssey Jones & Xyon Quinn in WWE, defeating Baka No Jidai (Hideki Suzuki & Kengo Mashimo) to become the new AJPW World Tag Team Champions.

Tuesday’s N-1 Victory 2025 Finals event for Pro Wrestling NOAH in Tokyo, Japan featured Daiki Inaba suffering a leg injury. Inaba suffered the injury during an Eight-Man Tag Team match of himself, Galeno, Kenoh, & Ricky Knight Jr. against KENTA, Manabu Soya, Tetsuya Endo, & Ulka Sasaki. During the match Inaba attempted to hit a diving press from the corner onto Soya but Soya dodged it and Inaba’s knee slammed hard against the mat. This led to Inaba clutching his right thigh and the match ending after Soya hit a Death Valley Bomb to Inaba to give his team the pinfall victory. Following the match, Inaba was unable to get up and required medical assistance leading to him being stretchered to the back and sent to a hospital.

As noted before, Syuri has been away from Stardom since this past July due to her taking a break to heal up from her injuries and also to travel overseas for a tour. During her time away, Syuri had underwent elbow surgery this past July. Tuesday’s event for Stardom in Osaka, Japan featured Syuri making her surprise return to the company. During the show, Syuri came out to the ring and announced that her in-ring return for Stardom will be taking place at their September 27th event in Tokyo, Japan.

In a recent episode of the Kliq This! podcast, WWE Hall of Famer and co-host Kevin Nash announced that he will be undergoing a procedure to correct an irregular heartbeat. Nash stated that he had recently learned that he might have suffered a heart attack around twenty years ago. Nash also stated that his cardiologist discovered that he had some scar tissue on his heart and the cause as either being genetic or when he had a stent inserted twenty years ago. Nash also brought up how his father had died from a heart attack at the age of 36 and it was discovered that his father had suffered four heart attacks before the fatal fifth one.

Major League Wrestling recently announced one new segment for the card of their Slaughterhouse 2025 event on October 4th in Long Beach, California. This new segment announced was “The Graveyard with Shotzi” talk show featuring Shotzi Blackheart.

Jersey Championship Wrestling recently announced that Maya World and Janai Kai are the next set of official entrants for the Luna Invitational tournament at their Possession event on October 26th in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.
