AEW Collision Homecoming 2025 Notes: Kota Ibushi Suffered Leg Injury, Mark Davis Surprise Return, Jack Perry Offers to Help Kenny Omega with Don Callis Family Problem, AEW World Trios Title Match & More for 10/15 3-Hour Dynamite & Collision Show Card

Kota Ibushi Suffered Leg Injury

Saturday’s taped AEW Collision Homecoming 2025 show featured Kota Ibushi suffering a serious leg injury.

Near the end of the match between Josh Alexander and Ibushi, Alexander placed Ibushi on the top turnbuckle and climbed up and put Ibushi on his shoulders. Before Alexander was able to do anything else, Ibushi started to slide backwards as did Alexander on the top rope. This led to Ibushi falling to the floor landing hard on his legs as he crashed into the barricade. Alexander was able to regain his balance to prevent the same to happen to him. After a check by the referee, an AEW doctor came out to attend to Ibushi as the referee counted him out to give Alexander the countout victory.

Following the match, Mark Davis made his surprise return and attacked Ibushi while Don Callis got on the microphone told everybody that is what happens when you mess with the Don Callis Family. This led to Kenny Omega’s music playing and him running out with a trash can in his hands. Omega proceeded to beat down both Alexander and Davis clearing them and Don Callis away.

This was Davis’ first appearance since this past March due to a broken foot injury.

Jack Perry Offers to Help Kenny Omega with Don Callis Family Problem

Saturday’s taped AEW Collision show also featured Jack Perry trying to reunite with Kenny Omega and offering to help him out with his Don Callis Family problem.

During the show, Omega was seen backstage in his locker room talking about his issues with the Don Callis Family and them takijng out his friends including Kota Ibushi earlier. This led to a knock being heard on the door and Omega saying for that person to come in. This led to Perry coming in and stated he is sorry about Omega’s friend and that he is sorry about their past issues. Perry stated that he has Omega’s back for his issues with the Din Callis Family. Perry continued telling Omega there is nothing he can change to do what he did to Omega and they have the same enemy. Omega responded stating that he is doesn’t trust Perry or the dinosaur. Omega then told Perry for him to show up at Dynamite.
