WWE NXT talent Tony D’Angelo has been absent from NXT programming brand since the Sopranos series finale inspired segment that aired on the July 29th episode of NXT.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that D’Angelo was in attendance backstage at last week’s NXT show on November 11th at the Performance Center but he was not dressed to train or film anything for television.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that it has been a “rarity to see him these days” at the Performance Center and people were happy to see him there last week.
It is currently not known when D’Angelo will be making a return to NXT nor his call-up status for WWE’s main roster.
