Lola Vice vs. Izzi Dame

Izzi runs Lola into the corner and connects with shoulders.  Lola goes for a sunset flip and gets a near fall.  Lola with knees and forearms.  Lola with punches against the ropes and Izzi pushes Lola down.  Izzi with a clothesline.  Lola with a triangle and Izzi gets a near fall.  Izzi with a knee but Lola with slaps.  Lola with a springboard arm drag and a spinning back heel kick that sends Izzi to the floor.  Lola with a running seated senton of the apron.  Lola with a punch to the midsection and a kick to the midsection.  Izzi with a slam after she blocks a kick.  Izzi gets a near fall.  Izzi with a forearm and chop.  Lola with a back heel kick and Izzi sends Lola into the turnbuckles.  Izzi misses a splash into the corner and Lola with a series of kicks.  Izzi goes for a slam but Lola counters into a rear naked choke.

Izzi falls back to the mat to get out of the hold.  Izzi pushes Lola down and Izzi blocks a kick and hits a leg trapped German suplex.  

We go to commercial.

We are back and Izzi goes for a Boston Crab but Lola tries to get to the ropes and she sends Izzi into the turnbuckles.  Lola with a rollup for a near fall.  Lola with a crucifix for a near fall.  Lola with spinning back heel kicks and she gives Naomi kicks to send Izzi into the corner.  Lola with a German suplex and Lola with a running hip and noises from Booker.  Izzi with elbows.  Lola escapes a slam and connects with a back elbow.  Spears grabs Lola’s leg and Izzi with a drop kick.  Izzi sends Lola back into the ring and there are chainsaw noises and Tatum emerges from the HBClyinder.  She chases Spears to the back like Leatherface.

Lola with a back fist and she gets the three count.

Winner: Lola Vice via Pinfall.

After the match, Kelani Jordan attacks Lola and sends her into the turnbuckles.  Jordan with kicks.  The referee finally pulls Jordan away after eight or nine kicks to the head.

Backstage: Jordynne Grace, Thea Hail

We see Jordynne watching the footage from the title match and she tells Thea that there is no doubt she won.

Thea says she is going to address the crowd as champion.  She thanks Jordynne for standing up for her.

Backstage: Myles Borne, “All Ego” Ethan Page

Ethan Page stops by to say hello to Myles Borne.  He says he gave Myles fantastic advice and you chose not to listen.  You would rather sulk and ask why.  He says Leon Slater has the match that Borne wanted.  You could have made a small change.  Look at Trick Williams and Ricky Saints.  They make small changes and they are better for it.  He says NXT is a shark tank.  They have great whites coming from all over the world.  If you can survive here, Monday and Friday will be a cake walk.  

Ethan tells Myles he gets to watch a real champion handle business as he takes on TNA’s best.

In-Ring: Thea Hail, Blake Monroe

Thea Hail makes her way to the ring.

Thea thanks everyone.  She says she knows last week was a little controversial and some didn’t believe that she could win.  She didn’t believe she could win and she did it.  She says she heard people talk about winning titles, but nothing prepares you for when you win the title.  Thea says this is the greatest moment in her life.  She says you have watched her grow up and life can be so hard.  She was a high school senior and she got this opportunity.  All of the lessons that Mr. Chase taught her.  All of the losses in title matches brought her here.  So many doubted her but she believed.  When you believe and believe hard enough, you make history.  You become the youngest NXT Women’s North American champion in history.

Growing up in front of the WWE Universe is hard.  She says this has been difficult and messy, but it has been real.  She says she finally feels the confidence she needs.  She says she is finally a grown ass woman.

Blake Monroe’s music interrupts and she makes her way to the ring.

Blake says to make this end.  She says that was a fluke.  That was a mistake.  It was an inconvenence that she has to deal with.  Blake removes her shoes and she says she never thought the number three would haunt her so much, but here we are.

Blake says all that matters is that she wants her title back right now.

Thea refuses to give her the title because because it is her championship.

Blake says they know that the referee had no idea what he was doing and she wants her rematch.

Thea says she would not have gotten a rematch if this happened to her, but she will give her a match at New Year’s Evil.

Blake punches Thea and Thea punches back.

We take a look at Eli Knight and Tavion Heights.

Backstage: ZaRuca

Sarah asks Sol how would it feel if she ended 2025 as US Champion.

She said it would be great.  She talks about how she was a double champion and then lost both titles.  She beat Bayley in front of 19,000 people.  She is glad to have a friend like Zaria.

Zaria says Sol deserves to be champion and she will be out there tonight for her.

WWE Speed Men’s Championship #1 Contender Tournament First Round Match
Eli Knight vs. Tavion Heights

Eli with a drop kick to send Tavion to the apron and he sends him tot he floor with another one.  Eli with an Asai Moonsault.  Eli with a splash for a near fall.  Tavion gets Eli up but Eli esapes.  Eli with a heel kick.  Eli with a slam and he jumps to the top turnbuckle and hits a moonsault for a near fall.  Eli escapes a suplex and Eli iwth a kick.  Eli with an Asai DDT and Tavion avoids a moonsault.  Tavion with a belly-to-belly suplex for the three count.

Winner: Tavion Heights via Pinfall.

After the match, they shake hands and hug.

Backstage: Leon Slater

Kelly Kincaid waits for Leon Slater and Oba Femi to arrive for their interview.

Backstage: Blake Monroe, Jackson Drake, Swipe Right

We are back and Blake is complaining and Jackson Drake says he knows she is not what she is looking for but he has something for her.  Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes introduce themselves.  They have some presents for Blake and they say she should still be the North American chamipon.  They say it was an Orlsndo Screw Job.  They say they know that Blake will win.  Ricky wonders what would happen if Thea won.

Blake tells them to leave but she wants them to leave the gifts.

Backstage: Leon Slater, Oba Femi

Kelly welcomes Oba and Leon.and thanks them.

She brings up Oba’s dominant year, including his match against Cody Rhodes.

Oba says 2025 has been a year of success.  He says he has backed up every claim and for the past two years, he has been the ruler of NXT.  When he came back, he wanted to show that he is also the ruler of WWE.  Saturday Night’s Main Event was a shift in the universe.  Cody and the fans knew it.  In two weeks, this young hungry lion will feel the shift.

Leon says Oba believes everything he says but Leon says he does too.

Kelly asks about who Leon is.

Leon says he had a void in his life that needed filling and wrestling filled it.  He says he was a sponge.  He started training at nine years old.  When it is all you talk about and all you want to do, it isn’t too much.  He was the only man in his house.  He has to be this person.  He says he has no intention to slow down.

Oba says Leon has an inspiring story, but when you stand across from him, your sob story does not have a happy ending.

Leon says we will find out who speaks the loudest at New Year’s Evil.

They shake hands.

Backstage: Je’Von Evans

Je’Von Evans walks into commercial.

In-Ring: Ava, Je’Von Evans, Ricky Saints

We are back and the ring is surrounded by security.

Ava says things escalated last week and you both asked for this time.

She brings out Je’Von Evans first.

Out next is Ricky Saints.

Evans says he doesn’t know why they have to talk.  They could be throwing hands.

Ricky says that Evans does not have the emotional intelligence he has.  You need the maturity.  You need to prove you can be the face of this brand.  Ricky says he is the model.

Evans says he is going to rock Ricky.  Evans says he had Oba beat but Ricky got jealous.  You are not the guy you think you are.

Ricky says he is every bit of the man he says he is.  Ricky says he could go out and shake hands and kiss babies and make appearances.  We can barely understand you.

Evans mentions he has been on Smackdown, but have you been on that shoe.  Evans was on John Cena’s last show.  Where were you?  You weren’t even thought about.  He didn’t beg the fans to pick him over you.  Now is he supposed to slow down because you can’t keep up?  If we are going to be real, you are trippin and you are out of your mind.

He tells Ricky if he is going to talk to him like a child, he will kick his ass.

Ava says they will meet next week and after that, it will end.

Backstage: Kendal Grey, Wren Sinclair, Fatal Influence

Fatal Influence enter the room where Wren and Kendal are sitting.

Wren says Kendal will be the new NXT champion.  Lainey says that Wren talks a lot for someone who hasn’t won anything.

Jacy says Kendal will find out that she is not on Jacy’s level.  Jacy says she could use a warm up match against Wren.

Christmas Chaos Mixed Tag Team Match
Shiloh Hill & Skylar Raye vs. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Arianna Grace

Grace slaps HIll and Raye slaps Channing.  They run Grace and Lorenzo into the apron.

Grace sends Raye into the turnbuckles and Raye does the same.  Rye with a side head lock and Raye with a reverse atomic drop to Grace.  Hill with an atomic drop to Channing and he almost falls onto Grace.  Hill with a slam and Raye puts a present over Grace.  Hill clotheslines Channing to the floor.  Hill press slams Raye onto Grace and Lorenzo.  Grace sends Raye into the turnbuckles as they fight over a kendo stick.  Hill hits Channing with a keyboard and they return to the ring.  Grace hits Hill with a kendo stick.  Raye blocks a kendo stick shot and they fight over it.  It turns into a chicken fight and Hill kicks Lorenzo and Raye kicks Grace.  Hill puts Lorenzo in the tree of woe and so does Raye.  

Raye and Hill get kendo sticks and they hit Channing and Grace with them.  

We go to commercial.

We are back and Channing hits Hill with the kendo stick while Grace kicks Raye on the floor.  Channing is given a bowling ball shaped present and it is time to go for the 7-10 split but she hits Channing in his bowling pins and then she drops the ball on his feet.  The tooth is out and she gives it to Grace and she freaks out.  Hill with a clothesline and punches followed by a biel.  Raye with a double missile drop kick and Hill with a flying shoulder tackle to Channing followed by a flip senton for a near fall.   Hill sends Channing to the floor and into the announce table.  Hill pus a wreath around Channing and Raye sends Grace into a tree.  Hill with a leg drop on the apron.

Cookies are flying into teh crowd.  

Grace throws the tree at Hill and Raye.  Grace hits Raye and Hill with the cookie sheet.  Channing sets up a table.  Hill with a kick to Channing.  Hill pulls out a bag and it is full of pine cones.  Hill with a power bomb onto the table.  Raye with a frog splash for the three count.

Winner: Shiloh Hill & Skylar Raye via Pinfall.

Backstage: DarkState, Ava, Joe Hendry

Ava is with Dark State.  

Dion says he wants a match with Joe Hendry.

Joe comes from behind a book case.

Dion says he doesn’t care about Christmas since Joe cost him a title match.

Ava says this won’t happen here.

Cutler tells Joe to keep his head on a swivel because they will be watching.

Joe says he has an idea.  Maybe he should give something back.  He suggests a concert.

Ava says everyone will love it.

Backstage: OTM, Jackson Drake, Swipe Right

Kelly asks OTM what is next for them.

Nima says they won’t make any excuses.

Drake, Baylor, and Smokes have gifts for Kelly.

They say it isn’t regifting.

Nima asks them if they didn’t see them talking.

Smokes says he doesn’t appreciate their behavior and they don’t speak French.

Brad says that they will be in NXT to take over the tag division.

WWE Speed Men’s Championship #1 Contender Tournament First Round Match
Andre Chase vs. Lexis King

King with a kick and chops.  King with an Irish whip and he misses an elbow.  Chase with a running forearm or two.  Chase with a swinging neck breaker and he gets a near fall.  Chase with an enzuigiri.  Chase goes to the apron and he hits a back heel kick and a clothesline off the apron.  Chase goes up top and he leaps over King.  King with a thrust kick for a near fall.  King with punches to the face and he gets a near fall.  Chase misses an enzuigiri adn King with a running knee to the back for a near fall.  King sets for Coronation but Chase escapes and he gives King an arm wringer and an arm breaker.  Chase with chops.

Chase with a side Russian leg sweep and Chase stretches King but King escapes and he punches Chase.  Chase with a punch but King with a kick and he hits Coronation for the three count.

Winner:  Lexis King via Pinfall.

Backstage: Kelani Jordan, Myles Borne, Tavion Heights, Hank & Tank

Kelani leaves the locker room and she is looking for Lola Vice.

She yells at Tavion and Myles.

Myles says he liked Kelani more when she was nice.

Tavion talks about facing Lexis King but he says things need to change.

Hank and Tank show up and they talk about how they changed things and became tag team champions.

Next Week’s Show Card Rundown

Next week, Ricky Saints faces Je’Von Evans (for the final time?).  Ethan Page faces Moose for the North American Championship.  Jacy Jayne faces Wren Sinclair.  Joe Hendry will have a concert.

WWE Women’s United States Championship
Sol Ruca vs. Chelsea Green (c)

Sol with a drop toe hold and she goes for a surfboard but Green tries to swim to shore.  Sol drives the knees into the mat.  Sol with a front face lock but Green with a wrist lock.  Sol with a cartwheel when Green goes for an arm wringer.  Sol with a spinning face plant to Green and she is able to lock in the surfboard.  Sol sends Green face first into the mat.  Green asks for help but Sol pulls her into the ring.  Alba grabs Green and Page helps out.  Zaria pulls Ethan away and Alba falls to the floor.  

Green sends Sol to the floor and she slides into a slap.  Green with a forearm and Sol with a forearm of her own.  Green with a back elbow against the ropes.  Sol with another forearm.  Green with a slap.  Sol clotheslines Green over the top rope to the floor.  Sol goes up top and hits a moonsault.  Sol plays to the crowd.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Green with a Lotus Lock.  We see footage of Alba getting involved and it allowed Green to regain control. Green with a body scissors.  Sol with elbows.  Sol with a back elbow and a second one.  Green with an Irish whip and she goes for a monkey flip but Sol lands on her feet and rolls through.  Sol with a German suplex.  Sol with a missile drop kick.  Sol gets a near fall.  Sol goes to the apron and misses a springboard move when Green rolls through.  Green with a clothesline for a near fall.  Sol with a rollup for a near fall.  Sol with a back elbow and she goes to the turnbuckles but Green with a German suplex.  Green goes to the turnbuckles but misses a Vader Bomb.  Sol goes to the turnbuckles and she hits the cartwheel DDT for a near afll when Page puts Green’s foot on the ropes.

Zaria yells at Ethan and Moose comes out and punches Page.  They go to the back.

Sol sends Green into the turnbuckles and Alba pulls Sol off the turnbuckles.  Green with UnprettiHER for the three count.

Winner: Chelsea Green via Pinfall to retain the WWE Women’s United States Championship.

After the match, Zaria spears Green and Alba.  Sol with Sol Snatcher to Green and Alba.
