Ricky Saints vs. Hendry for NXT Title Set for NXT Vengenace Day 2026
Tuesday’s WWE NXT show at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida featured one of two new matches set for the card of NXT Vengeance Day 2026.
This new match announced NXT Championship match of Ricky Saints vs. Joe Hendry (c).
This new match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Saints and Hendry’s bad blood issues with each other. During tonight’s show, Hendry came out and talked about Saints ambush attack on him last week and if Ricky wants to jump him again, he is in the mood to kick Ricky’s ass around the building. Hendry then called out Saints, who appeared on the NXT balcony and proceeded to run down Hendry while boasting about himself as the real superstar and champion material.

Myles Borne Gets NXT North American Title Shot for 2/24 Show
Tuesday’s NXT show also featured Myles Borne being granted a shot at the NXT North American Championship for next week’s show.
This match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Borne trying to get a match for “All Ego” Ethan Page’s title and Page constantly rejecting the challenges. During tonight’s show, Borne confronted Page backstage only to be rejected once more over Page not being willing to put his title on the line against Borne since there was nothing he could do to convince him to accept it.

Following Page’s victory over Shiloh Hill to retain his NXT North American Championship, The Vanity Project got into the ring and proceeded to attack Hill leading to Page joining in on the beatdown. This led to Borne running out to save Hill and the two proceeded to clear the Vanity Project out of the ring. Borne then went up to Page and attacked him demanding a title shot. Page continued to refuse leading to Hill sliding a chair into the ring and Borne placing it on Page’s ankle. After some more threats by Borne about him stomping on the chair, Page finally relented and granted Borne his title match for next week’s show. As Borne walked away, Page mocked Borne saying he knew he wouldn’t do it, which led to Borne stomping on the chair and injuring Page’s ankle. This led to Borne grabbing the title and holding it up as NXT officials tried to separate him away from Page as the show went to a close.
