The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Dezmond Xavier) vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) (c)

The show is starting hot tonight, as we have the AEW World Tag Team Titles on the line! First up, The challengers – The Rascalz – Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier make their way out and down to the ring!

Next up, the AEW World Tag Team Champions – FTR along with Stokley in a wheelchair make their way out and down to the ring.

The tag champs kiss the title belts before handing them to the referee. Wentz and Cash will start off as the bell rings. Wentz takes down Cash, but he is quick to get up. Both men lock up in the center of the ring, as Cash pushes Wentz to the corner. Dax is tagged in. Dax takes down Wentz with a headlock, but he is quick to get up. Dax grabs Wentz, but he takes him down with an arm bar. Dax slaps Wentz and jaws at him. Wentz slaps Dax right back as he retreats to the floor. Dax gives the middle finger to a fan at ringside. Xavier is tagged in. He and Dax lock up, as Dax chops Dez, who fights back with big forearms blows to the face, but Dax fires back, sending Dez to the floor. The ref is distracted as Stokley chokes out Dez. FTR double teams Dez, but Wentz leaps over the ropes with a big tornado, landing on FTR!

The fans go crazy over the big move from Wentz. Dez chops Dax and sends him face first into the steel steps. Dez rolls Dax back in the ring and covers him, but Dax kicks out at two! Wentz is tagged in, as he comes off the top, landing on Dax and covers him for only a two count…Wentz, in the corner of FTR fights his way out. Dax leads Wentz to the floor, as Cash comes out of nowhere at drop him with a big lariat.

Back from the break, Wentz rolls up Dax for a two count. Wentz is tagged in and he backslides Dax for another two count. Wentz takes down Dax and Cash. Wentz tags in Dez! He takes down Cash and the drops Dax with a stunner. Dez chops Cash and then drop kicks him, as he rolls to the floor. Dax knocks Dez for a loop with a big lariat. Cash and Dax double Dez, but Wentz comes in to even things out. FTR is sent to floor. Wentz and Dez run the ropes and take out FTR on the floor…Dax is back in the ring. The Rascalz double team Dax with splashes off the top rope. Wentz covers Dax…1, 2, NO! Dax kicks out! Dax and Wentz are on the top rope. Dax superplexes Wentz and covers him. 1, 2, NO WAY! Wentz kicks out just before three! Dax and Wentz to nose to nose and exchange big chops to the chest. Wentz fires back with multiple strikes. Wentz goes for a backslide then rolls up Dax for a near fall! The fans are going loving it tonight!

Cash comes in, but he is sent to the floor. Dez comes in…he rolls up Dax for a near fall! Wentz is tagged back. Wentz leaps up and lands on Dax’s knees as they came up…Cash is, as they hit a BTE Trigger – signaling to the Bucks…Cash and Dez hit the floor. Wentz bounces off the ropes and is caught with a shatter machine by FTR. Dax covers Wentz for the win to retain.

Winner: FTR via Pinfall to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

After the match, FTR celebrate in the ring…”REACH FOR THE SKY BOY!” Mark Briscoe’s music hits as he comes out to shake hands with FTR congratulating them on their successful title defense. He then gives them a thumbs up. Mark will be on commentary for our next match, which will be after the commercial break.


Backstage: HOOK, Katsuyori Shibata, Anthony Bowens

Back from the break, Hook is still trying to recruit for The Opps…Anthony Bowens comes in and says he thought about what Hook said last week and he can be a killer. Hook tells him to grab the camera from Shibata. Hook finds someone and asks him if he wants to be a wrestler. The guy says yes, as Hook then chokes him out.


Daniel Garcia vs. Tommaso Ciampa

Back in the arena is the music of Daniel Garcia, as he makes his way out through the crowd and leaps over the barricade, circling the ring.

The lights go out, as the music of Tomasso Ciampa hits. He makes his way out on the stage area as the lights come up. He makes he way down to the ring.

The bell rings as we are underway! Garica stays in the corner before both men lock up in the center of the ring. Ciampa takes down Garcia, but he gets up and goes to the apron and then drops to the floor. Garcia comes back in as both men lock up again. Ciampa grabs the arm of Garcia and holds on. Garcia breaks the hold and shoves Ciampa, but it met with a big boot to the chest and then a hammer throw to the corner. Ciampa has Garcia in the corner and hits him with big right hands and then mocks him with hip thrusts. Ciampa then nails Garcia with a big right hand, dropping him to the mat. Garcia is on the apron. Ciampa tries to bring him back in the ring, but Ciampa is dropped with a dragon screw leg whip. Garcia works on the left leg of Ciampa using the ring post. Garcia poses and the ref checks on Ciampa.

-FULL AD BREAK (ON HBO MAX)-

Back from the break, Garcia hits Ciampa with a big forearm in the corner and then applies a choke as the ref starts the five count. Garcia comes off the second rope, as Ciampa connects with a big knee to the face! Both men are down. Ciampa chops Garcia. Ciampa then sends Garcia down with a big lariat! Ciampa sends Garcia to the outside. Ciampa slams the face of Garcia on the announce table multiple times then sends him back in the ring. Ciampa and Briscoe do high five slap…Ciampa and Garcia go back and forth with slaps. Garcia takes down Ciampa with a dragon screw, locking in the half crab. Ciampa fights it off, but Garcia applies a headlock. Ciampa bites Garcia to break the hold. Garcia lays big rights into Ciampa, as he then picks up Garcia and drops him with a backstabber. Ciampa covers Garcia, but he kicks out at two! Garcia pulls the leg of Ciampa sending him down. Garcia gets in the face of Briscoe on commentary. Briscoe tries to get involved, but Ciampa collides with Briscoe, allowing Garcia to roll up Ciampa for the win.

Winner: Daniel Garcia via Pinfall.

After the match, Briscoe tries to explain what happened. Briscoe wants to shake hands with Ciampa, but he slaps away his hand and tells Briscoe to go away. FTR with Stokely come out and down to the ring. Briscoe comes back in the ring, to come to the aid of Ciampa, evening the odds. FTR jaw at Briscoe, as Ciampa slowly leaves the ring. Briscoe gets out of the ring, as he and Ciampa walk backwards to the back. Ciampa then sends Briscoe into the big screen on ring entrance area! Ciampa then nails Briscoe with a running knee! Ciampa grabs Briscoes bandana and throws it down.

Swerve Strickland vs. Gravity

Back in the venue, the music of Swerve Strickland hits, as Prince Nana is already out on the stage area. Gravity is already in the ring. Swerve walks out with a chain around his neck, as he walks to the ring. .

The bell rings, as Swerve takes down Gravity, but he gets back up. Swerve kicks Gravity in the back and then the mid-section. Gravity runs the ropes, as Swerve nails him with a big boot to the face. Gravity is the corner. Gravity hits Swerve with a big boot and back elbow, but Swerve has none of it, dropping Gravity. He comes back with a big kick to the back of Swerve, but it makes him made. Gravity grabs Swerve by the arms and rolls him up, but Swerve kicks out at two…Swerve it up on the apron, but Swerve stomps him and sends him to the floor. Swerve ends Gravity into the steel steps and then tries to take off his mask. Swerve drags Gravity to the apron, sending his head into the top turnbuckle pad. Swerve is up on the top and comes down, landing a huge Swerve Stomp. Swerve then connects with the house call, covering Gravity for the win.

Winner: Swerve Strickland via Pinfall.

After the match, Swerve stares at the camera.

In-Ring: Thekla

Back from the break, the music of Thekla hits, as she makes her way out, saying no repeatedly, saying absolutely not. Thekla says she is sorry and since when does the challenger get to say what the match will be. She says she is not doing a 2 out of 3 falls match at Revolution and if Kris doesn’t like, she can kiss her toxic a–. Thekla then says what makes her think that she can be beat twice in one night. Thekla says Kris wants to be like Thekla. Thekla gets in the ring and then says Thunder Rosa should have listened to her as she sent Rosa back to the graveyard. Thekla says Kris should quit because everything she is afraid of, is everything she is. The fans gave Thekla the “what chant” during her promo.

$200,000 Four-way Tag Team Match
LFI (Dralistico & RSUH) vs. The Swirl (Blake Christian & Lee Johnson) vs. Private Party (Matq Quen & Isiah Kassidy) vs. The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum)

Next up is the $200,000 4-Way Match. This will be a spot monkey fest for sure. All the competitors have their own entrances. LFI comes out first, then The Swirl, then Private Party and finally The Outrunners with their throwback 80s entrance. Dalton Castle is on commentary.

The bell rings as Lee and Truth are in. Lee tosses Truth, as Kassidy is tagged in. Kassidy runs the ropes, as Dralistico comes in. He sends Kassidy to the floor, as RUSH sends Kassidy into the barricade, then grabs Quen and tosses him into the barricade as well. LFI and The Swirl drop kick Kassidy. Dralistico then nails Blake. Lee has RUSH up on the top rope. The Swirl double team RUSH, but he fends them off. RUSH sends Lee face first to the mat, as RUSH and Dralistico stand tall in the ring.

Back from the break, Blake grabs Kassidy who tags in Turbo Floyd! The Outrunners take out LFI with repeated body slams. Turbo superplexes Lee on to the floor as they land on everyone else on the floor…Kassidy comes back in the ring as sends Floyd down with a cutter. Kassidy is sent to the floor by Dralisitico. Quen comes in the ring, but is dropped with a lung blower by Dralistico. Floyd hits RUSH with a big lariat! The Swirl come in a send The Outrunners to the floor. The Swirl double team Quen in the corner. Blake comes off the top, catching Quen with a destroyer! Blake covers Quen, but he kicks out at two!

Kassidy is back in, slow to his feet. The Swirl double team Kassidy, but he takes them both down. Quen stops on Blake from the top. Private Party double team Lee with a doomsday like move that goes into a cutter. Kassidy covers Lee for the win and the $200,000.

Winner: Private Party via Pinfall.

Backstage: JetSpeed, Swerve Strickland

Backstage, Lexy Nair is with JetSpeed. Lexy asks them how they are recovering. Knight talks about more opportunities in the future. Knight says he let his team down. Bailey says he did not let his team down, that they all lost the titles. Swerve and Nana comes in and tells Lexy to leave before she gets hurt. Swerve says to Knight if wants to walk among killers, he has to become one.

Back from the break, we go to an ‘earlier today’ with Megabad attacking the Babes of Wrath backstage.


MegaBad (Lena Kross & Megan Bayne) vs. Timeless Love Bombs (“Timeless” Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa)

Next up, the music of Megbad, as Megan Bayne and Lena Kross make their way out and down to the ring. Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa are out next, as they make their way to the ring with Luther.

Mina and Megan start off, as Bayne drives Mina to the ropes. Mina comes back, trying to suplex, Mina, but it dropped with a shoulder tackle by Bayne. Lena and Megan double team Storm and Mina with fall away slams. Storm rolls to the floor, as Lena nails Mina in the chest. Lena kicks Mina in the mid-section. Lena picks up Mina, spins her and drops her to the mat, covering her for a two count. Bayne is tagged in. Bayne connects with shoulder blocks and then chops on Mina. Bayne goes for a kick, but rolls to tag in Storm. She takes down Bayne and connects with a hip attack and a shotgun drop kick. Bayne is up and sends Storm to the ropes, who then sends Bayne and Kross to the floor. Mina comes off the top, taking out Bayne and Kross with a big crossbody. Bayne takes out Luther, Bayne and Mina on the floor!

Back from the break, Lena and Bayne double team Storm, who fights out of the corner, diving to tag Mina! Bayne sends Mina to the corner. Mina connects with a kick on the chin of Bayne. Kross comes in and is DDT’d by Mina and then takes down Bayne with a head scissors! Mina then connects on Bayne with a shotgun drop kick off the turnbuckle…Mina covers Bayne for only a two count! Bayne picks up both Storm and Mina with a fallaway slam. Bayne goes to the top rope, but Mina is up and nails her. Mina and Storm grab Bayne, but Lena Kross takes down Storm and Mina, as Bayne also comes crashing down. All four women are down.

Bayne and Storm are up and exchange blows in the center of the ring. Bayne rapid fires elbows on Storm. Bayne sends Mina down, as Storm comes back with a big DDT on Bayne. Storm connects with a hip attack on Bayne. Mina comes off the top and lands on Bayne, covers her for only a two count. Mina applies the figure four on Bayne who rolls over and reverses the move. Lena comes in as the ref is distracted rolling over Mina. Storm then does the same. Lena comes in and breaks the hold. Marina Sharifr out of nowhere comes out and pulls Storm off the apron. Both women fight under the ring. Bayne and Kross kicks Mina as Kross picks her up and drops her with a jackhammer for the win.

Winner: MegaBad via Pinfall.


Backstage: Mark Briscoe

We go backstage with Mark Briscoe talking about being attacked by Tomasso Ciampa earlier in the night. Briscoe says that is what he was expecting and the Ciampa he remembers. Marks says shame on him for letting his guard down. Briscoe then says shame on Ciampa for aligning with FTR. Briscoe challenges FTR and Ciampa to match with the Young Bucks as his tag team partners.


Trios Match
The Dogs (Clark Connors, Gabe Kidd, & David Finlay) vs. Three Local Talents

We go to our standby match with The Dogs (David Finlay, Clark Connors and Gabe Kidd). Their opponents are in the ring. Names were introduced, but no names on the screen, so I have no idea who is who, but this was a quick squash, with the three jobbers as they are, being man handled in and outside of the ring. David Finlay made the pin for The Dogs to get the win.

Winner: The Dogs via Pinfall.


On Stage: “Timeless” Toni Storm

Back from the break, Toni Storm comes out, but my HBO Max feed froze. Storm makes a challenge Marina Shafir with everyone banned from ringside, for this match at Revolution. Storm then says she wants the AEW Women’s World Title back.

The music of Claudio Castagnoli hits, as he makes his way out through the crowd, jumping the barricade to make his way to the ring. Marina Sharfi is out with Claudio. She jaws into the camera holding Jon Moxley’s Continental Title belt.

Up next is the NJPW World TV Champion – Konosuke Takeshita. He makes his way out and down to the ring. Jon Moxley is on commentary for this match.

The bell rings, as both men lock up in the center of the ring. Claudio takes down Takeshita, but he gets up and sent down again, as Claudio locks the arm of Takeshita. Claudio rolls up Takeshita for only a one count. Both men are in the corner, as the ref calls for a break. We get one looked like a clean break, but Claudio cheap shots Takeshita. He fights back, but Claudio drops him face first into the turnbuckle. Claudio stomps on Takeshita in the corner. Claudio applies a headlock on Takeshita, but he breaks the hold. Claudio runs the ropes, but it met with a big boot to the face by Takeshita. Claudio goes to the floor, but is quick to get back in the ring. Claudio attempts to take down Takeshita, but he won’t go down. Both men attempt shoulder blocks, but neither man will drop. Claudio pokes Takeshita, drops him and stomps on his left arm…Claudio is on the apron and sends Claudio head first into the turnbuckle, as the fans count along to ten. Marina gives the middle finger to Takeshita, which is a distraction as it gives Claudio an opening to work on the left arm of Takeshita.

Back from the break, Takeshita and Claudio exchange blows in the ring. Claudio then taked down Takeshita with a cross arm bar. Claudio comes off the ropes, as Takeshita nails Claudio with a big fist. Takeshita fires with big fist and Claudio, runs the ropes and drops Claudio. Takeshita takes down Claudio with an exploder as he tries to get up. Takeshita tries for a big knee as Claudio catches Takeshita for the giant swing. Claudio grabs the left arm of Takeshita and bends it back. The ref checks on Takeshita as he rolls up Claudio for a two count. Takeshita hits Claudio with big forearms as Claudio hits Takeshita with shoulder blocks. Takeshita comes back and drops Claudio with blue thunder bomb! Claudio picks up Takeshita and connects with a big uppercut and then covers Takeshita for only a two count!

Claudio goes to the floor and tosses multiple chairs in the ring. Claudio grabs the CMLL Title Belt, as Hechicero comes out and grabs it from Claudio. Takeshita leaps over the ropes, taking out Claudio and then rolls him in the ring. Takeshita connects with a big knee on Claudio and then covers him for only a two count! Takeshita drops the knee pad and runs at at Claudio and is met with big uppercut! Claudio covers Takeshita, but he doesn’t stay down!

Claudio picks up Takeshita, but he rolls through and kicks Claudio and connects with a ranging fire and covers Claudio for the win!

Winner: Konosuke Takeshita via Pinfall.

After the match, Takeshita jaws at Jon Moxley. Mox leaves the commentary table, as he and Takeshita exchange words. Hechicero nails Mox from behind. Takeshita tells Hechicero he doesn’t need it. A brawl breaks out with Mox, Takeshita, Claudio and Marina Shafir. Referees come down to try to restore order, as Tony Schiavone says we are out of time…the show goes off the air.
