Chelsea Green Broken Ankle Injury – WWE Reportedly Optimistic Could Be Cleared “Sooner Than Later”

As noted before, Chelsea Green has been out of action for WWE and Lucha Libre AAA since this past February due to an ankle injury that was later revealed to be a broken ankle.

WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that WWE officials are currently optimistic that Green could be medically cleared “sooner than later.” It is currently not known if that will happen before this April’s WrestleMania 42 event.

It was reported that Green was adamant that she remain an on-screen talent while out injured and she is currently expected to remain as a featured character on both WWE SmackDown and AAA shows as she continues to heal from her injury.
