Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Blood & Guts 2026 show in Jacksonville featured this year’s Men’s and Women’s Blood & Guts steel cage matches taking place.
The Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez reported that his sources stated that despite the bloody and violent nature of the matches, everyone who had competed in both of the Blood & Guts matches were okay afterwards.
Alvarez reported that there was some concern backstage about Darby Allin’s tooth after his own knee hit his face on a Michinoku Driver bump but he was actually okay and did not suffer an injury.
This year’s Men’s Blood & Guts match featured the Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Wardlow, “The Jet” Kevin Knight, & Davis & Doyle (Mark Davis & Jake Doyle)) defeating Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Steven Bordern, The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), & Darby Allin.
This year’s Women’s Blood & Guts match featured The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter), Willow Nightingale, Wrathlander (Harley Cameron & Kris Statlander), & Queen Aminata defeating Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue, & Thekla), Divine Dominion (Lena Kross & Megan Bayne), & Persephone.
