New Japan Pro Wrestling announced that they have pulled Satoshi Kojima from Saturday’s New Japan Cup 2026 Finals event in Nagaoka, Japan due to him not being medically cleared to compete.
It was also announced that two changes have been made to the card for tonight’s event as a result.
Satoshi Kojima to miss cup final, card changes made

Satoshi Kojima, who was scheduled to wrestle today in the New Japan Cup final, will be absent from competition in Nagaoka following damage sustained in his match March 20 and after consultation with medical staff.
As a result, changes have been made to today’s card in Nagaoka.
