Tama Tonga Comments on Being Fined By WWE Over Posting Video of Pre-show Rehearsals

As noted before, Tama Tonga was recently fined by WWE for posting a video on social media of pre-show rehearsals prior to the start of the March 13th episode of WWE SmackDown. This fine was later revealed to be in the “five figures territory” amount.

Tonga reflected earlier today on a TikTok live stream about him being fined by WWE over him posting videos of backstage pre-show rehearsals on social media.

“We get hit with something. We just take the hit and keep on moving. Can’t let that bring you down. Am I in the doghouse? I’ve been in the doghouse my whole life. There is no getting out of the doghouse. I move in life like I’m in the doghouse always.”

In a follow-up, Tonga also reflected on Twitter about him learning a lesson over his careless mistake.

“Thanks for joining the live. As addressed, yes I was fined – deserved. I knew better- a careless mistake. -Lesson learned. Take the hit and move on. Back to work.”

Lexis King Injury Update – King Not Medically Cleared To Compete

As noted before, NXT brand talent Lexis King suffered a head-related injury that was believed to be a potential concussion injury at this past Friday’s WWE NXT house show event in Lakeland, Florida.

During Tuesday’s WWE NXT show at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, NXT commentator Vic Joseph provided an update stating that King was not medically cleared to compete.

This announcement was given during Charlie Dempsey’s entrance for the Gauntlet Eliminator match for the NXT North American Championship. The rest of Birthright came out with Dempsey except for King leading to Joseph revealing the reason for King’s abscense.
