Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Jacob Fatu, & More Appearances Announced for April 3rd WWE SmackDown Show

WWE announced several new segments for the card of tonight’s WWE SmackDown show at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

These new segments all are Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Jacob Fatu, Rhea Ripley, WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin to make appearances on the show.

No matches have been announced yet for tonight’s show.

Current card for April 3rd WWE SmackDown show:

  • Randy Orton & mystery phone caller person to appear
  • Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to appear
  • Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu to appear
  • WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill, B-Fab, Michin, and Rhea Ripley to appear

WWE Reportedly Aware Of Criticism Over Carmelo Hayes Being Omitted From US Title Picture for WrestleMania 42

As noted before, last week’s WWE SmackDown show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania featured Sami Zayn defeating Carmelo Hayes in an Open Challenge match to become the new WWE United States Champion, Zayn is currently scheduled to defend his title against Trick Williams at WrestleMania 42. Zayn’s victory resulted in some negative online backlash over some fans being upset Hayes lost the title and him not having a spot at WrestleMania.

WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that WWE officials are currently aware of the criticisms from online fans over Hayes being omitted from the U.S. title picture for WrestleMania 42.

It was reported that there have been no updates regarding Hayes being added to the card for WrestleMania 42 nor WWE’s current plans for him following his title loss.

LA Knight Shows Up & Crashes IShowSpeed Stream

YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed recently held a stream session on Twitch. This stream was notable for IShowSpeed being pranked over him initially believing that Danhausen’s curse on him was lifted only to find out afterwards it was just an April Fool’s gag.

This stream was also notable for LA Knight showing up uninvited and attacked IShowSpeed as payback for IShowSpeed accidentally hitting him with brass knuckles during the WWE World Tag Team Championship match between The Vision and The Usos at this past Monday’s WWE RAW show.
