It drew a 0.42 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from the prior week’s 0.36 rating.
Last year’s SmackDown on April 18, 2025 drew 1,741,000 viewers and a 0.55 rating on USA Network. The April 19, 2024 episode drew 2,333,000 viewers on FOX.
