Renee Paquette & Jeff Jarrett welcome us on the stage to run down tonight’s card, as we see the cage above the ring for the 12-man tag and it’s circular, not the type we got for last year’s main event.

Excalibur, Nigel McGuinness & Walker Stewart on the call, as Garcia won the early scramble before Moloney popped up and mowed down Garcia with a series of shoulder tackles, forcing Garcia to take a powder. Moloney out after with chops aplenty, sending Garcia into the front row. Moloney became distracted by Shafir, allowing Garcia to clock him with a running knee and dragon screw on the floor. Long running start into a shotgun dropkick led to Garcia flipping off McGuinness before zoning in on Moloney’s knee back inside. Shafir got in her cheap shots, flipping off the crowd, as Death Riders are heels for this match for those keeping track. Moloney fought free from a grapevine leg lock into a roll-up for two, but Garcia stayed in control with corner punches, faking his dance. Both trade standing switches, Moloney picked up the pace and hit a picture-perfect dropkick, even on the bad wheel.
After a strike exchange, Garcia ran into a pop-up powerbomb into a high stack from Moloney for two. Up top now, Moloney rolls through, sells the leg, allowing Garcia to sink in the Dragon Tamer, but Moloney got the rope break. Both trade fireman’s carry attempts, with Moloney switching Garcia nearly into a Drilla Killa, but Shafir hopped on the apron to run distraction right in front of the ref, . Garcia recovered and hit Twist and Shout, mocking the Tanahashi air guitar. Garcia went for a running knee, but Moloney caught in in mid-air, swung him around in position and spiked Garcia with a Drilla Killa for the win.
Winner: Drilla Moloney via Pinfall.

During Maika’s entrance, we see STARDOM President Taro Okada sitting ringside. Julia Hart accompanied Blue to the ring, but was ushered backstage by referees. Blue tried to control early, but Maika’s speed allowed her to obtain quick takedowns and a near fall. Blue rolled through a suplex into a cradle before lighting up Maika with forearms. Maika side-stepped into a drop toe-hold, but Blue hit a low bridge and PK on the apron. Hurricanrana blocked, as Maika powered Blue onto an apron powerbomb. Cross arm-breaker applied back inside, but Blue screamed and scrambled to the ropes. Blue suckered Maika in with a Flatliner into the ropes and face wash for two. Crowd starts getting behind Maika, who cut-off a trash talking Blue with a series of suplexes and short arm lariats. Both fought up in the corner, where Maika hit a superplex for a near fall. Maika went for another on the opposing side, but Blue slid out for a Cheeky Nandos kick and Liger Bomb for two.
Both slug it out before trading strikes in the corner, until Blue connects on a Tornado DDT for another near fall. Misdirect powerslam by Maika, who wanted a Michinoku Driver, but Blue floated over into a thrust kick, only Maika rolled to the ropes, where she brought Blue out and hit a brainbuster to the apron. Back inside, the Hammerlock Michinoku Driver back inside connects to give Maika the victory.
Winner: Maika via Pinfall.

No fear from Rosa, who charged right at Kross at the bell, but it wasn’t long before Kross ran through her with a shoulder block. Rosa fought off Bayne & Kross with chops, sprinting to tag in Olympia, as they hit stereo hurricanranas, sending the champions outside. Tornillo from Rosa connects, as Olympia followed with a springboard dive taking out the pile. Back inside, Rosa tried to control Bayne, but was quickly cut-off and isolated by Bayne & Kross, who hit an electric chair to the top buckle. Rosa low bridged Kross, but Bayne cut-off the tag attempt initially, only Rosa side-stepped, Bayne tumbled outside and Olympia made the hot tag. Shotgun dropkick launched Kross to the corner, leading to the headstand into a dropkick. Samoan Drop after some squats by Olympia for two, as Rosa tagged back in and hit a lungblower. Bayne was slammed to the mat by Olympia, who launched off Kross in the corner to hit Bayne with a moonsault. Rosa catapulted off Olympia’s back for a dropkick and Olympia followed with another springboard splash on Bayne for two.
Bayne fought back with a front face suplex on Rosa, as Kross tagged in and just steamrolled Rosa for two of her own. McGuinness calls out referee Mike Posey for being lenient with the tags, but figures it’s just due to being scared of all these women. Match breaks down with everyone hitting high impact moves, capped with a flying lariat by Bayne on Rosa for the reset. Kross & Olympia slug it out, as Bayne tags in and hits a wild corner hurricanrana. Rosa flew in with a shotgun dropkick off the top, as Kross tried a ripcord, but Bayne flew in and we get friendly fire, with Kross taking the bullet. Olympia showed off her strength, gorilla press slamming Bayne, as Rosa followed with a double stomp from the top, but Kross made the save. Kind of an awkward exchange with Kross & Rosa, as Bayne planted Rosa with Fate’s Decent, only Olympia broke it up. As a result, she took a shotgun dropkick/German suplex combo, before Kross & Bayne planted Rosa with their From Heaven to Hell double chokeslam for the win.
Winner: Divine Dominion via Pinfall to retain the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship.

After a handshake to start, Titan wasted no time with a quick dropkick, only Mistico was there to answer with arm drags and springboard hurricanrana. Dorada & Nick tag in and go just as fast as you’d expect they would with the counters leading to a double dropkick into a kip-up that had the crowd going nuts. Blind tag from Matt, as The Bucks hit teamwork double team with pop-up dropkicks and their buckle bomb/enzugiri. Slingshot enzugiri and top rope double stomp had The Bucks standing tall. Dorada battled back with arm drags and enzugiris, flipping into a double arm drag until Takagi tags in and uses his power to thwart the speed of Dorada initially, but still ate a quick hurricanrana before running through Dorada. Titan & Takagi with quick tags to keep Dorada isolated and grounded briefly, until Mistico tags back in with a springboard hurricanrana and springing arm drag on Titan. The Bucks got just enough of another pop-up hurricanrana, but Dorada flew in with one of his own. Nick hit yet another hurricanrana off the ropes, until Titan kept the hurricanrana train going with The Bucks taking one together. Really scary spot with Dorada getting just enough of a hurricanrana off the top onto a pile outside, as I think that might be a record for the amount of hurricanrana’s dished out in such a brief period of time.
Back inside, locomotion splashes by Mistico & Dorada, who hit a beautiful powerbomb/powerslam on Titan for two. Blind tag by Matt, as he blocked a Tornillo arm drag by Dorada into his rolling Northern Lights. Takagi cut off the momentum with a pump-fake DDT spiking Matt, followed by a Veg-o-matic for two. Matt battled back using Takagi as a wall to hit Titan with Sliced Bread, before tagging Nick, who did his Lucha Libre arm-drag. Blind tag by Mistico, who flew in with a double arm-drag to the ropes on The Bucks, as he & Dorada hit stereo 619’s before taking out the pile outside with respective dives, ending with a Dorada Shooting Star Press. Mistico measured Titan back inside, floated over a Code Red, we get a wild Superkick Party, until Takagi starts no selling and put a stop to it all, until everyone kips up and hits a 4-way superkick on Takagi & Titan. A series of Destroyers by Matt, Titan & Nick lead to everyone collapsing and the crowd going nuts.
Locomotion charges by Takagi, as Mistico dodges, takes Takagi up for a Spanish Fly, but Matt flew in to break it up with an elbow. Titan in with a double stomp, Nick to follow with a 450, leaving Dorada to connect with a Shooting Star on Nick & Titan. Forearm battle by Takagi & Mistico, who hits La Mistica, but it was broke up by The Bucks. Titan & Takagi hit a pop-up knee lift on Mistico, as Takagi mowed him down with a Pumping Bomber. Titan hits a Tornado DDT, as Takagi hit a sit-out slam and Titan followed with a double stomp for two, as Nick broke it up, making the legal tag. The Bucks & Unbound Co slug it out, until Dorada flies in with a cross body, gets caught, The Bucks hit a superkick and Dorada hit a crucifix bomb. Titan was caught on a springboard, leading to a Meltzer Driver for the win in a thriller of an opener.
Winner: The Young Bucks via Pinfall.
Post-match, The Bucks applauded Mistico on their way up the ramp.

Watch #ForbiddenDoor LIVE on HBO Max PPV pic.twitter.com/7WDq2Gkw8C
Even back and forth scramble to start, as it was Omega getting the first pin attempt into a stalemate. Both trade advantages in a test of strength, until Sabre smokes Omega with a hard uppercut and snapping the neck his feet. Omega floated out of the corner into a snap hurricanrana, as Sabre went outside, where Omega met him with a slingshot cross body. Both brawl outside, where Sabre wrenched away at the wrist, slamming it over the guardrail. Omega responded slamming Sabre repeatedly into the announce table, placed the sign on top and hit a double stomp from the apron. Both start fighting on top of the table, where Sabre sank in an Octopus Hold, as both rolled off the table to the floor before Sabre politely placed the sign back on the table. Sabre stomped away at the right arm back inside, threw some uppercuts, as Omega tried fighting back, with each trading Helluva Kicks. Kotaro Crusher and running face palm slam by Omega sends Sabre to the floor again, as Omega signaled for and hit his Terminator Dive.
Springboard dropkick and Ushigoroshi connects by Omega, who signaled for a V-Trigger, only he did it within striking distance, allowing Sabre to grab the finger, snap it, leading to a loud strike battle. Omega floated over a Zack Driver into a Snap Dragon for the reset. Omega slowly connects with another, as Sabre scrambled for a submission, but Omega quickly countered, looking for a cross arm-breaker, only Sabre rolled free into a PK. Omega dared Sabre to bring it and Sabre did just that, with another PK, as Omega blocked a third, tried for Snap Dragon, this time, Sabre spun into a arm-bar, but Omega got the ropes. Sabre absorbed chops, went for the arms, so Omega switched it up into a kick to the back, only his arms gave out when trying to lift Sabre. A loud “F*ck You Kenny” was screamed by Sabre, who charged and was turned inside out by an Omega lariat. V-Trigger connects, as Omega looked for an Avalanche One-Winged Angel, but Sabre slid out into a rear naked choke, which came back to bite him, as Omega fell back and both went splat on the mat.
Omega up first for multiple knee lifts, but went for one too many, as Sabre blocked a third and went to an ankle lock, then PK, as Omega popped up into another knee strike. V-Trigger to the back before spiking Sabre with a Poison Rana for two. Omega calls for another V-Trigger, but Sabre had it scouted into a bridging pin attempt for two. Omega up first and hits a Mick Foley-esque pulling piledriver. Sabre escaped One-Winged Angel and planted Omega with a Zack Driver for a close two. Both up slugging it out, until Omega quickly hit a Snap Dragon, V-Trigger, but Sabre countered One-Winged Angel into a triangle. Omega powered up into a powerbomb, as he hit a Kamigoye finally leading to the One-Winged Angel for the win.
Winner: Kenny Omega via Pinfall.

Bandido did his poses early, so Moxley returned the favor by just continuously flipping Bandido off. Moxley rolled through a monkey flip attempt and hilariously celebrated before both drew a line in the middle of the ring and ramped up a strike exchange. Moxley changed levels, Bandido cut him off, tried a dive, but Moxley rolled back in and hit a Tope Suicida of his own. Moxley took way too long to follow-up, allowing Bandido to hit a somersault dive. Back inside, Bandido tried a charging corner splash, but Moxley absolutely planted him with double boots in mid-air. Right back outside we go, as Moxley positioned the steps and piledrove Bandido onto them, busting him opened. Moxley ripped away at the mask back inside, but focused too long on it in the corner, allowing Bandido to hit a running powerbomb for the reset.
Slugfest ensues, so Moxley opted to bite the forehead, only Bandido met him with a Sky Twister off the top and flying forearms to follow. Crowd loudly chants 10 corner punches, as Bandido hit a shotgun dropkick into a Shining Wizard for two. Wildly impressive one-armed gorilla press slam led to Bandido going up top, but took too long to do the shimmy and Moxley got his knees up on the Frog Splash. Each trade big boots, until Moxley side-steps, whiffs on a lariat, Bandido connects on a German Suplex, teases 21-Plex, only Moxley turned him inside out with a lariat and Death Rider to follow, but Bandido kicked out. Both fight up to the top, where Bandido lifted his mask to bite Moxley before he connects with the Revolution Fly for the closest near fall of the match. Moxley held on to avoid the 21-Plex again, as Bandido flipped onto the apron, where Moxley sank in a rear naked choke. Bandido rolled back into Piper/Hart pin spot for two, but Moxley repositioned into the Bulldog Choke. Bandido was fading initially, but started to power up to his feet with Moxley on his back. Bandido did the sign of the cross, ran and fell back with Moxley to the mat hoping to break it, but Moxley held on and Bandido passed out.
Winner: Jon Moxley via Referee Stoppage to retain the AEW Continental Championship.
Post-match, Brody King came to ringside to tend to Bandido, but Moxley pulled Bandido to his feet and shook his hand, showing respect.

Bell sounds and PAC attacked immediately, sending Umino outside into the guardrail. Excalibur said Umino was keeping eyes in the back of his head from being attacked by Gabe Kidd in Japan at Dominion a few weeks ago. PAC connects with a top rope dropkick back inside for two and we get our first chin lock of the night before a big boot was no sold by Umino. After connecting on a dropkick, both start trading stiff corner strikes, a snap Fisherman’s Suplex from Umino got a near fall. PAC was trapped between the ropes, as Umino hit his slingshot DDT before high fiving fans ringside. PAC tried to create distance, but Umino was fine running clear around ringside into a shotgun dropkick before following with a draping DDT off the guardrail. High stack powerbomb back inside led to Umino trying to get the crowd going, but that delay allowed a release overhead belly-to-belly into the corner.
PAC was cut off trying to set-up a table, as it was Umino who placed it ringside, only PAC met him with a spin kick to the ribs and massive springboard moonsault to the floor. Back inside, PAC took Umino up to the top and hit an Avalanche Belly-to Belly for two. PAC starts paint-brushing Umino, daring him to show what he’s made of, as we get a forearm battle with Umino slowly hulking up. Multiple bounce back Germans from PAC, as Umino kept no selling, so PAC made sure to put a stop to that, Awesome Bombing Umino from the ring to the floor through the table that got rightful “Holy Sh*t” chants. 450 Splash connects back inside for two, as PAC quickly applied the Brutalizer. Umino was fading, but just managed a foot on the ropes. PAC back up top, rolled through, Umino met him with a discus forearm and headbutt that crumbled PAC. Umino waited for PAC to rise and hit the strike knee for a close near fall. Umino missed a lariat, as PAC hit a Poison Rana, Umino popped up and took PAC’s head off with a lariat for two. Paradigm Shift spiked PAC, which lead to the Second Chapter for the victory.
Winner: Shota Umino via Pinfall to retain the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship.
Post-match, Jon Moxley & Marina Shafir came to ringside to tend to PAC, as Moxley got in the ring to face-off with his former protégé. Before anything could happen, Hiroshi Tanahashi’s music hit and out walked the President of New Japan Pro Wrestling, as Moxley bailed with his crew. Tanahashi put the Global Title around Umino’s waist and raised his hand to give his stamp of approval on The Roughneck.

Starlight Kid vs. Thekla (c)

STARDOM President (and sworn enemy of Thekla) Taro Okada was shown ringside cheering Kid on in the pre-match. We get fire dancers on stage for Thekla’s entrance, as she stood between the two ladies, who spit fire in a really cool visual. Tony Schiavone joins the team, as Renee Paquette is ringside telling us Kid holds two wins over Thekla, who vows to destroy it all and watch it all burn. Kid wasted no time using her speed to send Thekla retreating in the early going. Thekla suckered Kid in back inside, ripped at the mask and mocked the crowd. Thekla argued with referee Rick Knox, allowing Kid to pounce with punches in bunches. Thekla broke free, posed in the ropes, allowing Kid to hit a dropkick to the floor, but Thekla swept out the legs on the apron, as Kid clutched her ankle. Thekla chucked Kid into the guard rail and punched away before making eye contact with Okada. Intense face-off, as Thekla was about to deck him, when Kid made the save with a slap, causing the crowd to sound bummed that didn’t happen.
Thekla gained control back inside and kept Kid grounded, until a springboard cross body. Standing moonsault connects for a near fall, as Kid starts targeting the right leg of Thekla, with a dragon screw between the ropes and Numero Dos attempted, only Thekla went to the eyes to get free. Thekla got her spider choke in the ropes to take back over, as she went up top, took too long, allowing Kid to hit a second rope arm-drag. Kid then gets cut off, as Thekla joined her up top and got her Spider Suplex. Thekla played to the crowd too long, as Kid recovered, hitting a dropkick to the apron. Kid was a Tiger Suplex while out there, Thekla fought free, but charged right into a nasty knee lift. Kid connects with a violent Northern Lights Bomb on the apron and Fisherman’s Suplex back inside for two. Kid up top, but missed a moonsault, as Thekla launched and connected with her Spear. Thekla whiffed on a Curb Stomp, as Kid flew in with a snap dropkick to the back for the reset.
Dueling chants, as both ladies exchange shots, with Kid standing tall, only to run into a Thekla home run right. Running boot between the ropes led to Thekla going up top for her cross body for a near fall. Spider pose from Thekla, who wanted another Spear, but had her leg dropkicked out, allowing Kid to apply the Numero Dos, even capturing the head, only Thekla had enough room to just get the rope. Divine Punishment connects, as Kid went up top and squashed Thekla with a moonsault for another two. Thekla escaped a Spider Suplex into an O’Connor Roll for two, which I think was a visible three, but we move on. Thekla spidered out of a lariat charge, hit another Spear, but Kid kicked out. Curb Stomp spiked Kid, as Thekla screamed it’s not over and hit another for good measure and got the win. Okada looked crushed as a result, with McGuinness saying this is the monster that he created.
Winner: Thekla
Post-match, Julia Hart & Skye Blue came to the ring with scissors, giving them to Thekla, who ripped the mask off Kid. Knox rushed in to place a towel over Kid’s face, as Thekla spat in the mask before going out to Okada, shoving it in his face and beating him with it. Schiavone apologizes for Thekla’s deplorable actions as the Triangle of Madness celebrates up the ramp.

The Dogs attacked photographers on the ramp during their entrance, as the crowd sang along to Copeland’s theme, while McGuinness sang to Cage’s. The opening stages of the match saw Cage get an early sunset flip on Connors, while Copeland outwrestled Finlay on the mat. Cage hit a drop toe hold on Connors, landing face first to the groin of Finlay, as he offers a handshake to Cage, who knew it was a ploy. Connors side-stepped a charge and Cage posted himself to the floor. Cage’s arm was worked over back inside and isolated for an extended period, as Connors burned a matchstick into Cage’s face. Cage still managed to battle back from the opposite corner, but Connors swept out Copeland’s leg before the tag. Cage had his injured forearm placed under the ring steps, as Connors was going to charge off the apron, but Copeland made the save and Connors was launched to the commentary table.
Cage finally broke free and Copeland made the hot tag, spiking Finlay with an Impaler for two. Copeland signaled for the Spear, Finlay leap frogged and The Dogs mowed Copeland down. The Dogs wanted a High/Low, but Cage pulled Connors outside and Finlay was laid out by Copeland. Cage was going for his slingshot to the floor, but was driven into the guard rail by Connors, as back inside, Copeland took a High/Low for two. The Dogs signal for Full Clip, but Copeland suplexed Finlay into his partner, causing Connors to crash outside. Copeland went for a Spear, but ate a knee lift, only Finlay ran into a pop-up Spear. Connors just broke the count by sending Cage into referee Stephon Smith. Copeland & Connors had a stare-down, before both charged and collided with dueling Spears. Finlay grabbed the shillelagh and waffled Cage, was going to give one to Copeland, when the lights turned out. They came back on and The Bang Bang Gang are on the ramp, they go off again and Switchblade Jay White is in the ring to a massive ovation. White lays out Finlay with a Blade Runner, as Copeland smirks and connects on a Spear for good measure to retain the titles.
Winner: Cage & Cope via Pinfall to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
Post-match, White took the Tag Titles, stood over Finlay before handing them to Copeland & Cage. Copeland had to step between Cage & White before King Switch ran up the ramp to his Bang Bang Gang brothers.

Renee Paquette is ringside and talking about World trying to find her new normal after the tragic loss of her brother. World told her no one expected her to be here, but expectations don’t win matches, she does. World got a quick near fall, as the crowd are doing dueling chants out the gate. World cartwheeled out of multiple takedown attempts, hitting the CEO pose to mock and piss off Mone. Misdirect sent Mone outside, as World met her with a cannonball senton to stand tall. Back inside, Matrix into a springboard arm drag by World, who teased a Statement Maker submission, with Mone forced to scramble. We’re not told why, but referee Aubrey had to check World, which gave Mone a chance to boot her to the floor. Back inside, World bridged out of a pin, but Mone kept her down in the corner. World avoided a corner monkey flip and got another near fall before going up top. Mone cut her off, joined up there and smashed World face first onto the top buckle and followed with her first Meteora of the match on the apron, followed by another to the floor and one more in the ring to complete the trifecta for a near fall.
Aubrey again tends to World on the outside and we don’t even get a camera shot, as Mone does her own 10 count, which the fans count along with, so Mone just runs around ringside and flips them all off. She throws World back inside and hits a backstabber before locking in a straightjacket choke. Mone tried a float over double knees, but World got her boots up into a sunset flip for two. Both traded Tombstone counters, until Mone rolled through into a double stomp. Mone tried to slam World down by the hair, but World kicked out into a double stomp of her own. World hit a perfect springboard spinning Cutter for the closest two of the match. Shining Wizard clobbered Mone, but she couldn’t get her from the ropes, as the delay allowed Mone to kick free into Three Amigos, but World got her knees up for the Frog Splash.
World went to hit the ropes, but Mone violently slammed her down by the arm and sank in a Statement Maker. World kicked free into a close near fall, as both ladies are up and World hits a wild right hand. Rolling Fall Away Slams, with the third dumping Mone to the floor, leaving the crowd going nuts. World with a head of steam connects with a Tope Suicida, as back inside, followed with a Senton Bomb for two. Mone tried to get a double knees up in the corner, but ate a Cheeky Nandos from World, who wanted a follow-up sunset bomb, only Mone held on, fought desperately for a buckle bomb, didn’t get it and thankfully she gave it up and just slammed World into the corner before she hit her sunset flip bomb and Meteora for two. Mone wanted a lungblower, but World snapped into a hurricanrana, as both trade backslide attempts, leaving World to eat a Mone Maker, but kicked out and no one can believe it, especially Mone.
Massive dueling chants, as Mone wants another Mone Maker, World spun out into a bridge pin for two, as Mone is up with a knee lift, only to get dumped on the apron from a failed backstabber. World pulling out all the stop with a sunset bomb to the floor and springboard moonsault to follow. Back inside, World with a middle rope moonsault, but Mone just got the shoulder up. Mone dodged a charge into a roll-up of her own, but World found herself in position to apply a Statement Maker. Mone really teased the tap, but as World kicked back from the ropes, Mone was able to apply the submission, as World was within inches of getting the ropes, when Mone turned it into a pin for two. Mone with a Cutthroat Backstabber led to a nasty Statement Maker with Mone really wrenching back for the submission.
Winner: Mercedes Mone via Submission.
Post-match, Mone went up the ramp and posed with the Owen Hart Foundation title and trophy with huge pyro going off. McGuinness said he’s giving a standing ovation for World and her performance.
Backstage: Athena
Renee Paquette is with Athena, who said clearly the better woman won tonight, as she’s not surprised, it’s all due to the paradox. Athena is the greatest woman’s champion of all time, but when it comes to her pupils, they’re filled with constant regret. Athena said if she didn’t have a lapse in judgment, no one would know who Maya World is, but keeps dreaming those big dreams. When it comes to Athena, it belongs in the back of the line.

Like I mentioned earlier in the recap, it’s a circular cage for this one. Somehow, Don Callis did in fact get his whole crew to wear the matching air brushed shirts he had made up of he & MJF in speedos (which are white, so I expect blood here). Team Briscoe come to the ring with backpacks of their own to I’m sure make this even more chaotic, as Allin (who a congratulations goes out to, as he got married yesterday) was atop the cage with his backpack. Bell sounds and Briscoe wanted an early Cactus Elbow, but MJF cut him off, sending him flying into the cage. Doyle powerbombed Allin onto the apron and one against the cage for good measure, as he celebrated with Knight on his shoulders. Team DCMJF continued to dismantle Team Briscoe and bring out tables from under the ring, eventually stacking some ringside. MJF & Andrade take turns trying to one-up each other posing, leading to a shoving match and the Callis Family having to keep the peace. This allowed Strong to waffled everyone with a huge bag, until Briscoe & O’Reilly are in with their backpacks, one containing an original Nintendo and controllers, which Knight & O’Reilly got smacked with. Fletcher tried to charge, but O’Reilly & Briscoe clotheslined him with a controller wire. O’Reilly blew on the cartridge controller (I really want to know which game it was) before popped Fletcher in the noggin with the console.
Briscoe didn’t have a SNES in his backpack, he had thumbtacks, as Fletcher was about to take the fall, when Doyle made the save, bringing Strong to the outside, where he smashed him repeatedly into the cage. Briscoe flew in with a Tope Suicida, as Fletcher is bleeding back inside, where he lawn darted O’Reilly. Redneck Kung-Fu from Briscoe, but he was cut-off by Fletcher, who ripped off Briscoe’s shirt and slammed him on the tacks. Allin appeared with his skateboard and smashed it so loud on Fletcher’s back you could hear it echo. MJF made the save, teased falling into the tacks himself, but backdropped a flipping Allin face and stomach first for a two count. MJF brought a broom in the ring and swept all the tacks out, but in doing so and mocking the fans, Cassidy hit a low blow with the broom. Cassidy pulled out a baggie that said Good Luck Tonight from Willow, as she’s playing soccer mom and it had orange slices in them. They held Fletcher, where they sprayed the orange into the eye and we get our first “You Sick F*ck” chant for citrus in the eye.
After all that chaos, Okada & Takeshita were left alone to slug it out, as Takeshita brings out his backpack to reveal a middle finger to flip off Okada to a huge pop, even from Okada. Fletcher saved Okada, as Takeshita successfully fought off ProtOkada initially, but Fletcher had friendly fire and popped Okada with a thrust kick. Fletcher apologized, told Okada to save him and resulted in Takeshita hit dueling German suplexes on both. Allin & Knight are now in the ring to throw bombs, as Allin hit a Code Red, wanted a Coffin Drop, but Doyle crotched him and smacked Allin in the back with a chair, leaving Allin in a Tree of Woe, so Knight hit a Coast to Coast with Doyle holding a chair to the face. Briscoe just broke the count with an Exploder, but MJF chucked a chair at Briscoe’s face. MJF pulls out the Dynamite Diamond Ring, but orders Okada to open up the big bag to reveal Lio Rush to a huge pop. Rush bit Okada’s finger, jumped in the ring for a misdirection enzugiri on Knight, ran Fletcher off, leaving Andrade confused as hell staring Rush down and we get an “It’s Fine” & “How You Know” face-off. Bounce back low Stunner from Rush, who followed with a low Tope on Fletcher.
Crowd are going nuts for Rush facing off with MJF, as he’s wanting the ring, as Schiavone with the line of the night saying he better not call it his precious. Okada in and takes Rush’s head off with a Rainmaker, as Doyle frantically stuffs Rush back into the bag, chaining it up to make him the biggest heel of the night. After all that, Briscoe got ahold of a ladder and turned into Terry Funk, swinging it at everyone in his path, with Andrade taking the most violent shot of the bunch. Briscoe & MJF were left alone, as Briscoe won that exchange, wanting Jay Driller, but Doyle blindsided him. O’Reilly, who is bleeding somehow, joins and with Strong’s help, hits an Angle Slam off the apron through the table on Doyle. Andrade took out O’Reilly with a chair and his running corner dropkick with the chair wedge between it, as O’Reilly clutched his shoulder in the process. Takeshita in to wipe out Andrade, but Okada was there for his picture-perfect dropkick. Okada & Takeshita fought out on the apron, where Takeshita hit a Power Drive Knee, but Fletcher appeared, wanted a brainbuster, but Takeshita pulled him in for an insane Blue Thunder Bomb off the apron through the table.
MJF was about to take off Briscoe’s head with the ring, when Cassidy made the save hands in pockets, so he ate a MJF right hand for his troubles. Allin planted MJF with a Scorpion Death Drop and Coffin Drop, but Knight flew in for a Frog Splash attempt, but Allin moved and MJF took the shot. Knight & Allin went up top, as Knight leapt to the cage, climbing to the top, with Allin in hot pursuit. Knight climbs over to Allin’s backpack that was sitting on top of the cage and it went off with pyro like it was boobytrapped and Knight plummeted through the tables. Allin, meanwhile, took out a huge pile with a Coffin Drop from the cage, leaving MJF & Briscoe, who finally hit the Jay Driller, but Doyle just made the save with multiple chair shots. MJF ordered Andrade to hold Briscoe instead of Doyle, Andrade reluctantly obliges, but lets go of Briscoe and hits hit spinning back elbow on MJF. Doyle shoves Andrade and eats a low blow as a result, with Andrade revealing a shirt that said “F*ck Don F*ck MJF” as Briscoe spiked Doyle with a Jay Driller and got the pin.
Winner: Team Briscoe via Pinfall.
Post-match, The Conglomeration did drag the bag with Rush in it up the ramp to the back, so they saved him for those wondering.

After an excellent video package in the pre-match, Ospreay comes out as Bane, while Strickland rolls up on a motorcycle and dressed as Lobo. To the surprise of no one, this starts off at an insane pace with each move thrown scouted, as Pip, Pip, Cheerio avoided, as was a House Call into a stalemate, leading to Strickland taking a powder. Back inside, Ospreay swept the leg out of Strickland in the corner before a dropkick sent him back to the floor. Ospreay connects on his slingshot cross body, as back inside, Kawada kicks delivered, but Strickland fights back ramping up a chop battle into a rolling Flatliner for one. Strickland slowly starts zoning in on the neck, until Ospreay fired off a handspring corkscrew kick followed by Pip, Pip, Cheerio for two. Helluva Kick decks Strickland and flying elbow to the neck off the top soon after. Ospreay signals Hidden Blade, but Strickland ducked into an up kick and nasty backbreaker.
Strickland starts trash talking, calling Ospreay little brother, which caused Ospreay to get up and pop Strickland with multiple forearms. Wall walk enzugiri connects, missed a handspring, Ospreay floated over, looked for a Styles Clash, but Strickland snapped up Ospreay into his powerbomb/powerslam for two in a phenomenal sequence. Strickland delivered a pump kick on the apron and exposed the metal part of turnbuckle, but the time doing so gave Ospreay a chance to post Strickland on the shoulder and hit a double stomp to it from the guard rail. Death Ground applied on the floor, as Strickland taps frantically, but as referee Paul Turner got him to break the hold and went back to the ring, Nana threw his coffee into Ospreay’s face. That distraction allowed Strickland to hit a powerbomb on the apron and Ospreay landed so awkward, like he was looking for a hurricanrana at the same time. Strickland placed Ospreay under the exposed part of the buckle and hit a slingshot onto it, as Strickland is giving a now badly bloodied Ospreay a lot of time to recover.
Strickland said it’s all about the wins, brotherhood doesn’t mean sh*t to him, as he’s leveling Ospreay with hard rights. Taking way too long to follow-up, Strickland charged right into an Ospreay Spanish Fly for the double down. Both slug it out, Strickland tries his rolling brainbuster, but Ospreay countered into a Stundog Millionaire and Styles Clash to follow for two. Ospreay hit Hidden Blade, but Strickland no sold and took Ospreay’s head off with one of his own. Strickland went up top for Swerve Stomp, but was crotched, Ospreay joined, as Strickland tried an Avalanche Powerbomb, but Ospreay countered into a snap hurricanrana followed by a Robinson Special. Ospreay wanted an Oscutter, but leapt right into a Dead Eye from Strickland for two. Ospreay rolled to the apron and Strickland went up top, but missed a Swerve Stomp, as Ospreay leapt over the top, teased a Styles Clash, instead swung Strickland into the steps, busting him open as well.
Ospreay slammed Strickland face first repeatedly into the steps, leaving a pool of Strickland’s blood before repositioning the steps and clearing the commentary desk. Ospreay wants a Styles Clash, but Nana swiped at the leg and Ospreay lunged at him, Nana ducked and Strickland flew off the steps with House Call. Strickland wanted a Vertebreaker on the steps, Ospreay fought free with a back headbutt and hit a Styles Clash from the steps onto the desk, which didn’t break. After all this time ringside, referee Paul Turner now decides to put a 10 count on both men, as each have to crawl through the blood to break the count. Strickland rolled right into an Ospreay springboard dropkick and Oscutter for two, as multiple hook kicks followed. Rolling elbows buckled Strickland, as a high elbow forced Turner to back Ospreay off, as Turner put a standing 10 count, as Strickland shoved Turner away at 9 and ate Hidden Blade for two.
Ospreay wanted an Avalanche DVD, but Strickland punched at the neck, hung up Ospreay in the ropes and hit a violent Swerve Stomp to the back of the head. Ospreay slid out of a Vertebreaker into a roll-up for two, Strickland with a House Call for one, Ospreay with Hidden Blade for one, resulting in both popping up and collapsing simultaneously. Both slowly rise bloody messes, staring one another down, as they throw away their elbow pad and gloves, each charge like bulls and it’s Ospreay who hit and turned Strickland inside out with a Hidden Blade followed by Storm Breaker for a crazy near fall. Strickland ducked Hidden Blade, sent Ospreay into Turner and kicked him low before hitting a Vertebreaker for two. Hidden Blade by Strickland, who followed with Big Pressure, but again Ospreay kicked out.
Death Riders appear ringside and are cheering Ospreay on, resulting in the crowd loudly doing the same. Strickland hit a House Call, but Ospreay no sold and looked right at Moxley before popping Strickland with another Hidden Blade. A wild Buckshot Hidden Blade connects only for two, as Ospreay followed with a Paradigm Shift, then a Death Rider, then a Tiger Driver 91 to finally get the victory in an absolute epic.
Winner: Will Ospreay via Pinfall.
Post-match, Ospreay & Strickland gave a nod to each other before the Death Riders brought the Owen Hart trophy into the ring and hoisted Ospreay on their shoulders, congratulating him before leaving the ring and Alex Windsor came out to celebrate with her husband ringside, watching as the Death Riders left through the crowd. Ospreay & Windsor walked up the ramp with the show ending with a bloody Ospreay holding the Owen Hart title high saying “see you at Wembley.”
