Shotzi Blackheart Wins MLW Women’s World Title at June 6th MLW Fusion Show
Saturday’s MLW Fusion show on beIN Sports, Veeps, and MLW’s official YouTube channel featured Shotzi Blackheart defeating Shoko Nakajima to become the new MLW Women’s World Champion.

This was Shozti’s first ever MLW Women’s World Championship victory in her MLW career.
Backstage Update on Myla Grace’s TNA Release
As noted before, Myla Grace had requested and was granted her release from TNA Wrestling this past week.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Grace does not have a non-compete clause for her release from TNA.
This means that Grace is currently a free agent and can sign with any promotion she wants.
More TNA Talents Contracts Reportedly Expiring Within Two Months
As noted before, Myla Grace recently was granted her release from TNA Wrestling. Besides Grace, Leon Slater’s contract with TNA is believed to be set to expire some time this Fall and current TNA World Champion’s Mike Santana’s contract with TNA is set to expire some time this July. Both Slater and Santana currently have interest from WWE for potential signings once their TNA deals expires.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that “at least two TNA wrestlers” currently have their contracts with the company set to expire within the next two months.
It was reported that it is currently not exactly known who these two talents are and it is something they are currently seeking to find out.

Vanity Fair reported that one source close to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stated that he will not be attending UFC’s Freedom 2025 event on June 13th at the White House lawn in Washington, D.C. despite being invited for it. It was also reported that representatives for Adam Sandler, Jared Leto, and Mario Lopez also stated that all three also turned down inivtations to attend the event.
Pro Wrestling NOAH recently announced that Hikaru Sato has vacated his GHC Hardcore Championship due to an injury and a new champion will be crowned at their Wrestle Magic show on June 15th in Tokyo, Japan. It was also announced that the previously scheduled three-way match for the title between Sato, Daisuke Sekimoto, and Shuji Ishikawa will now just be a singles match of Sekimoto vs. Ishikawa for the vacant GHC Hardcore title.
NOAH also announced that Harutoki recently suffered a non-bony spinal cord injury and has been pulled from the remainder of this year’s Neo Global Tag League tournament. It was also announced that Alejandro will be replacing Harutoki for Kaito Kiyomiya’s tag team for the remainder of the tournament.
Lucha Libre AAA reportedly drew an attendance of slightly over 12,500 for their May 30th Noche de Los Grandes 2026 event at the Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
CMLL reportedly drew an attendance of between 13,200 to 16,000 for their May 29th Copa Jr. VIP event at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Dave Meltzer reported that the reason for the large disparity in the attendance number was due to too many people had contradicted the low end number being given for the show.
Friday’s EVE 150: History Makers / Rule Breakers event for Pro Wrestling EVE in London, England featured two championships changing hands. The first was French Art (Cory Zero & JGU) defeating LALLIE (Lana Austin & Hollie Barlow) to become the new EVE Tag Team Champions. The second was Miyu Yamashita defeating Kris Statlander to become the new EVE International Champion.
