As noted before, Logan Paul has been out of action for WWE since this past May’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show due to a torn triceps injury and surgery.
Paul provided an update earlier today on Twitter posting a video documenting an average day he has been dealing with an injured tricep. Paul also revealed the bruise and stitches he still has on his arm and the physical therapy treatment he has been undergoing.
Paul also stated that this type of injury typically requires around six months of recovery before a wrestler is ready to return to in-ring action.

Nikki Bella Broken Arm Injury Update
As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella has been out of action for WWE since this past March due to a broken ankle injury and surgery.
A recent episode of The Nikki & Brie Show podcast featured Bella providing an update on her recovery from her broken arm injury.
“The one thing that was a blessing, when I originally had my trip booked to meet Brie, every night I’d wake up with anxiety about this trip. So that’s when I started to know it wasn’t a right time for me to go to Tuscany, and being home, I’ve realized that I’ve really just have been hardworking at my workouts and recovery and just getting really good news along the way, how much stronger I am, just everything looks great.
I’m getting my X-rays done I think a week earlier. I’ll start to just get in the ring and dabble on how that feels. But everything’s just looking really strong and healthy and I felt like I had to be home to do that.”

Cathy Kelley Comments on Potential WWE In-Ring Future & Paul Heyman’s Influence on Her WWE Career
A recent episode of the Insight with Chris Van Vliet podcast featured WWE backstage interviewer Cathy Kelley as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Kelly’s thoughts about her currently having no interest in becoming an in-ring wrestler.
“I don’t think I would want to have a match. I’ve expressed in the past that I do want to get more involved in some capacity and I would love to be a manager. I don’t know who for. That’s been something that I’ve said for probably a decade now. I actually valeted Ryan Katz in his last match on the indies many, many years ago but that I mean that progression is something that I would want.”
Kelley also gave her thoughts about her being seen several times at WWE’s Performance Center doing some training and Paul Heyman’s influence in her career decisions.
“I would say that I’m someone that really values growth and I love learning everything that I can about this business. So, any opportunity that I can do that, I’m going to take it. Another example is I sit next to Paul Heyman every single week in Gorilla. Just you learn through osmosis by sitting next to him. But yeah, I really enjoy that.
There’s so many lessons I don’t even know where to start but this isn’t the the best thing that I’ve learned from him, but when I was wearing glasses and I cut my bangs, he’s like ‘you have to get rid of that because we can’t see your eyes and your eyes are where you tell your emotion’. So, there’s just a lot of little things that I think that he helps so many people backstage, but I picked up on from him.
I feel like he is just watching everything, but when he gives advice to others, sometimes I’m there and I get to hear that. So, I feel very privileged to be around that. And then also I just randomly watch a documentary and, and start asking him questions about ECW. So, it’s cool to have the source right there. I recently watched Raven’s documentary, which was so good. And then, you know, you get to pick his brain about it.”
