A recent episode of the AEW Close Up with Renee Paquette show featured The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter) as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Hayter and Windsor’s thoughts about them being hopeful to be part of this August’s All In 2026 event in their home country of England.
Jamie Hayter – “I’m hoping The Brawling Birds can do something at Wembley (Stadium) this year. I’ve got that mentality of like, this will be the third time, lucky for me. I couldn’t think of anyone else I’d wanna do it with except Al. It’d just be so special.”
Alex Windsor – “It would be so cool, wouldn’t it?”
Hayter – “Yeah, and just imagine our family watching us…”
Windsor – “It would be like the last time that we’d been in the ring together in England. It would have been our first match together. But then, the next time as a team.”
Hayter – “Full circle moment. I think there’s a lot of factors with All In, kind of a big show in the UK.”
Windsor – “Not just having the match but just everything that kind of comes with it.”
Hayter also gave her thoughts about her hoping they get to challenge for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship at All In.
“Well, Wembley’s around the corner. So, I would love a tag team title match at Wembley. Of course, Megan (Bayne) and Lena (Kross) are holding the tag belts right now. They’re very dominanting, to say the least. So who knows if they’ll hold them until Wembley. I could see that happening.”
