Thea Hail & Jaida Parker vs. Karmen Petrovic & Nikkita Lyons

Lyon mocks Jaida and Jaida and Karmen start things off.  Karmen with a side head lock take down.  Jaida iwth an arm bar.  Karmen wiht a reversal.  Karmen with a side head lock.  Jaida with a shoulder tackle and Thea tags in and she slams Karmen and Jaida with a wheelbarrow slam of Thea onto Karmen.  Thea with an Irish whip but Karmen wih a jumping side kick from the corner.  Lyons tags in and Karmen with a kick and Lyons with a back heel kick for a near fall.  Lyons with a top wrist lock.  Karmen interferes when Jaida distracts the referee.  Thea with a Japanese arm drag to Karmen and then they send Karmen and Lyons to the floor.  Jaida and Thea with dives to the floor.  Jaida goes into the ring steps and Nattie attacks Thea from behind.

Lyons with a sit out power bomb for a near fall.  Lyons sends Thea into the turnbuckles.  Lyons chokes Thea in the ropes.  Lyons gets a near fall.  Lyons sends Thea tot he mat.  Karmen tags in and kicks Thea.  Karmen with a sliding kick to Thea in the corner and Karmen poses.  Karmen taunts Jaida and connects with an elbow.  Thea with a forearm and an uppercut.  Karmen runs Thea into the corner and tags Lyons back in.  Lyons sends Thea into a kick from Karmen.  Karmen with a head scissors in the ropes and Lyons punches at Thea.  Lyons with a punch for a near fall.  Lyons with a cobra clutch.  Thea powers out of the old and Lyons Irish whips Thea but Thea with an elbow and she drops Karmen’s arm on the top rope.  Thea with a crucifix for a near fall.  Thea with an inside cradle on Lyons for a near fall.  Lyons has a leg and Thea with a punch.  Thea with a kick and Lyons with a short arm clothesline.  Karmen tags in.

Lyons runs into a boot and Thea floats over Karmen and tags in Jaida.  Jaida with a double shoulder tackle and then he hits a hip on Karmen and then sends Lyons to the floor with a head scissors.  Jaida with an elbow clothesline and a slam.  Jaida with a gourdbuster and she chargers into the corner and puts Karmen in the ropes but Nattie makes the save when Lyons distracts Jaida and the referee. Karmen with kick and then she hits a Hart Attack for a near fall.  Karmen and Thea exchange punches and then they go down after a head butt.  Jaida knocks Nattie off the apron and Lyons with a rollup for a near fall.  Lyons with a punch and Jaida with an Irish whip.  Jaida puts Lyons in the ropes for the springboard seated splash and Thea tags in.  Jaida with a forearm to Karmen.  Thea with a Trust fall from the turnbuckles for the three count.

Winner: Thea Hail & Jaida Parker via Pinfall.

After the match, Nattie joins in with Karmen and LYons for the post match attack.  Thea with a head butt to Nattie and then Thea and Jaida wiht punches to Karemn.  Jaida and Thea also take care of Lyons.

Backstage: Myles Borne, Tavion Heights

Tavion tells Myles he needs to be locked in for tonight’s match.  Myles says he is locked in and he can become a double champ and help his friend become a champion.

Tavion says he doesn’t know what he will do if they lose.

Myles says they will become the new tag team champions.

In-Ring: Tony D’Angelo, Grayson Waller, Cruz Montana

NXT Men’s Champion Tony D’Angelo makes his way to the ring.

Tony says last week, Grayson Waller came out and disrespected him, everyone in the back, and this brand.  He thinks he will use the title as a boomerang to get back to the main roster.  He will not let Waller talk trash without consequences.  He has new business with Cruz Montana.  Mistake or not, you laid him out.  You made your intentions clear.  He wants Cruz to come out.

Waller interrupts and he appears on the HBalKony.  

Waller says everyone was talking about him over the weekend so he is the money fight.

Tony says Waller is talking trash from afar, like usual.  You won’t come to the ring because you are a bitch.  He tells Waller not to get his panties in a wad because he is disappointed about his career.  They were teammates in the 2.0 days.  They were on a team with Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes.  Trick Willaims was with Hayes and they are all champions.  You haven’t won anything.  You came back to try to be relevent.  

Waller likes what Tony said.  Do you want to talk about relevancy?  More people are talking about the men’s roster because of him.  He says he knows Tony lost his family, but he didn’t know he lost his balls.  At least Tony didn’t run to his phone, like everyone else.

Cruz Montana makes his way through the crowd.

Cruz says the champ didn’t call you out here, but he wants to say this.  You rattled some cages last week and he gave Waller some props because he was in Waller’s shoes.  He didn’t do it to clown people and bitch and moan.  Cruz says he put in the work that he was the man he said he was.  You have a chip on your shoulder because your life isn’t as nice as you want it?  Cruz says he has a chop because he has no other options.  It was this or become another statistic.  Cruz says he hopes that Waller never has to meet the man Cruz looked at in the mirror.  Cruz says he has proved that he belongs here.  You have spent years trying to prove to others that they should notice you.

Waller wonders why does Cruz care about the people.  How many times are you going to tell the same stories.  Waller says he has embraced his demons.  

Cruz tells Waller he only fights for himself.  It won’t get him nowhere.  When you have people depend on you.  People you have to feed and people who hold you accountable, that is what you need to do.

Tony says he doesn’t care what their motivations are.  He tells them to talk to Stone to set up a Number One Contender Match to face him at Heatwave.

Backstage: Wren Sinclair, Kendal Grey

Wren says there is more at stake than her title match.  Kendal has her match and she feels they are over their heads.

Kendal says they want the pressure.  She tells Wren they have it.

Zaria vs. Wren Sinclair (c)

Wren with a sunset flip for a near fall.  Wren with a side head lock.  Wren with a side head lock and Zaria sends Wren into the turnbuckles and connects with a boot but misses an elbow drop.  Zara sends Wren into the turnbuckles and he punches Wren in the corner.   Wren sends Zaria into the ropes and hits a clothesline and a flying face plant for a near fall.  Wren sends Zaria into the ropes again.  Wren with an arm drag and a head scissors take down.  Wren misses a splash into the corner but Wren with a back elbow.  Zaria pulls Wren off the turnbuckles and sends Wren shoulder first into the ring post.  Zaria with elbows to the clavicle and an elbow drop.  Zaria with an elbow in the corner followed by a punch.  Zaria with a bicycle kick in the corner.  Zaria gets a near fall.

Wren with a thrust kick and she avoids a clothesline but Zaria bounces off the ropes with an elbow to the head and Wren goes down.  Zaria with a punch and Wren punches back.  They go back and forth and Wren with a rollup for a near fall.  Wren with chops and she connects with a punch and X Factor for a near fall.   Wren with a rollup for a near fall.  Wren with a drop kick and she hits a butterfly superplex for a near fall.  Wren goes to the turnbuckles and she hits a cross body but Zaria rolls through and she picks up Wren.  Zaria with a spear through the ropes.  They return to the ring and Zaria gets Wren up as the time runs out.

Winner: None. Wren Sinclair retains the WWE Speed Women’s Championship.

After the match, Zaria punches Wren and hits an F5.

Backstage: OTM, Birthright

Lucien and Bronco are in LOCKER ROOM.  Nima apologizes for last week and it cost them.  Price says Nima did what he had to do.  Nima wants to make sure they are good.

Birth Right shows up and he reminds them that he is right.  He says OTM is crumbling.  

Price challenges King 

Connors says he has to go through a tournament to face King. 

Price says he wants a singles match.

Backstage: Grayson Waller, Kelani Jordan, Mason Rook, Kam Hendrix

Kelani talks to Waller about his comments.  She says when she gets a title shot, she will do what Waller couldn’t do.  She will win on the first try.

Mason Rook says that he isn’t soft and he traveled across the world and he wants Waller to pro himself.

Kam Hendrix attacks Rook and more people show up.

NXT Tag Team Championship
Myles Borne & Tavion Heights vs. The Vanity Project (Ricky Smokes & Brad Baylor) (c)

Ricky and Tavion start things off and Tavion with a side hed lock and shoulder tackle.  Tavion blocks a kick and he hits a t-bone suplex followee by a slam.  Tavion catches Ricky on a leap frog and hits a power slam for a near fall.  Myles tags in and Myles with an Olympic Slam.  Ricky with shoulders and an elbow.  Brad makes the tag and Myles with a clothesline to Ricky.  Myles with a drop kick to Brad for a near fall.  Brad with a punch.  Myles with a clothesline.  Myles with a hard Irish whip.  Tavion tags in and Tavion sends Myles into Brad for a clothesline.  Brad escapes Tavion and Ricky tags in and drops Tavion on the top rope and gets a near fall with a rollup.

Brad with an elbow in the corner and Ricky tags bck in and Tavion blocks a belly-to-back suplex and hits a hip toss.  Brad tags in and Tavion with a slingshot slam.  Myles tags in and hits an X Plex for a near fall.  Brad sends Myles into the ropes and kicks the rope into Myles’ throat.  Myles with a spine buster to Ricky.  Brad to the ropes and Myles pulls him into the ring.  Drake holds on to Ricky to block Borne Again and Ricky with kicks.  Brad tags in and he kicks Myles and hits a shoulder.  Ricky with a kick and Brad gets a near fall.  Brad with a chop.  Ricky tags in and they hit a double belly-to-back suplex for a near fall.  

Ricky with a reverse chin lock.  Myles with elbows but Ricky with a double thrust to the throat.  Ricky with a splash into the corner and Brad tags in.  Brad with a punch.  Brad with a punch.  Myles with a rollup for a near fall.  Myles with an inside cradle for a near fall.  Brad with a punch.  Ricky tags in and kicks Myles in the corner.  Ricky chokes Myles and Brad tags in and he kicks Myles.  Ricky tags in and kicks Myles.  Brad tags in and Ricky with a snap mare and Brad with a leap frog neck snap and Ricky with a knee drop for a near fall.  Brad and Myles exchange punches and forearms.  Myles escapes a double belly-t0-back suplex and Tavion tags in and he takes care of Brad and then he hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex and a punch.  Tavion with a clothesline for a near fall.  Myles tags in and gets a near fall after a power slam.

Myles punches Brad and sends him to the floor.  Ricky with a double knee take down and Brad tags in.  They hit the drop kick and spine buster combination but Tavion breaks up the cover.  Tavion tags in and  so does Ricky.  Tavion with a forearm to Ricky and Myles with a power slam to Brad.  Brad and Ricky with jumping knees but Myles and Tavion with stereo power slams.  

Drake tries to interfere and the referee sees it and he sends them to the back.  

Ricky slaps Tavion and then Myles sends Ricky into Brad.  Myles hits Borne Again on Ricky and then Myles clotheslines Brad over the top rope to the floor.  Tavion with a belly-to-belly suplex for the three count.

Winner: Myles Borne & Tavion Heights via Pinfall to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions.

Backstage: The Vanity Project, Keanu Carver

After the match, Drake is pissed and Myka and Keanu pause to stare at each other.

Backstage: Lizzy Rain, The Culling, Shawn Spears

Lizzy Rain is stopped by Niko and Izzi.  Izzi tells Lizzy, she won because of Spears.  Niko says he will take care of Spears.

Spears shows up and he says they will meet in a tag match next week.

Lizzy says she doesn’t trust Spears and if things go sideways, it will be three on one.

Spears calls her a smart girl.

Keanu Carver vs. EK Prosper

They lock up and Keanu with a clean break and a pat on the shoulder.  EK with a waist lock and Keanu with a standing switch and take down.  Keanu with a front face lock and EK with a hammer lock.  Keanu with a back drop.  Keanu with a biel but EK lands on his feet.  Keanu sends EK to the apron and EK kicks Keanu and hits a back heel kick.  EK with a jumping moonsault.  EK with a side head lock and Keanu with a snap mare.  EK with a drop kick.  Keanu with a drop kick to EK.  Keanu charges at EK and goes to the apron.  EK drop kicks Keanu to the floor.  Keanu catches EK off the apron.  EK escapes and Keanu almost collides with Booker but he apologizes.  EK with a drop kick and then he hits a double stomp off the ringside barrier.

EK with a cross body for a near fall.  EK with forearms and he goes for a springboard cross body but Keanu catches EK and hits an Oklahoma Stampede for a near fall.  Keanu Irish whips EK face first into the turnbuckles and EK falls to the floor.  Keanu with kicks and a suplex for a near fall.  Keanu with an Irish whip and a back breaker.  Keanu stretches EK over his knee.  Keanu with a clothesline.  Keanu with a reverse chin lock.  Keanu with a forearm to the back and a back elbow. for a near fall.  Keanu with a Border City Stretch.  EK with punches to get free and he kicks Keanu.  Keanu blocks a kick and he hits a short arm clothesline.  Keanu with a reverse chin lock and EK with a jaw breaker and punches.  Keanu with a forearm.  EK with stundog milliionaire.  EK with punches.  EK with a trhust kick and a round kick to the temple.  EK with a quebrada and a tornado DDT.  EK goes up top and he hits a blockbuster for a near fall.  

EK goes up top and he floats away from Keanu.  EK with an enzuigiri and Keanu with a punch.  EK with a forearm and Keanu with a pop up German suplex for a near fall.  Keanu with a power bomb for a near fall.  EK with a sunset flip for a nnear fall.  Keanu goes for a belly-to-back suplex and EK lands on his feet and he hits a drop kick and a Shining Wizard.  EK goes up top for a moonsault and Keanu gets his feet up and Keanu with an inside cradle for the three count.

Winner: Keanu Carver via Pinfall.

Backstage: DarkState

Cutler and Osiris talk about Dion and getting another shot at Saquon.

Dion says he was put through a wall.  Do you call that a win?  Dion wants them to be untouchable.  You are content beating a team put together a week before the match and Saquon is still out there.  Are you happy being called soft and complacent.  If so, what are we doing here.

Next week, they make sure Saquon doesn’t walk away from them.

We look at a video from Shiloh Hill.  He mentions he fractured a bone in his skull.  He says he will be out of action for a while.  Hill talks about Kam Hendrix’ comments about is injury.

Backstage: Robert Stone, Cruz Montana, Tristan Angels

Robert Stone is on the phone with someone and he wants to talk about it.

He tells Cruz Montana his match with Waller is next week.

Tristan Angels complains to Cruz about being given a chance to compete for the title.  He needs to earn a match.

Cruz mentions he was here last year, where were you?  He asks Tristan how long has he been here and Tristan says three months.

Next Week’s Show Card Rundown

Next week, Cruz Montana versus Grayson Waller in a Number One Contender Match.  Zaria faces Wren Sinclair for the North American Title.  Spears and Rain face Izzi and Vance.  Saquon Shugars faces Dion Lennox.

Lola Vice vs. Kendal Grey (c)

The ring is ready and trainees make their way around the ring.

Grey and Lola block kicks.  Grey goes for a take down and Lola blocks it.  Grey goes for the arm but Lola escapes.  Lola with a kick to the leg and Grey with a double leg take down.  Grey works on the leg and they go to the edge of the ring.  Lola with a take down but she misses punches.  Lola is sent to the floor and Grey with a head scissors to send Lola into the ringside barrier.  Lola with  a guillotine. but Grey backs Lola into the ring steps to escape.  Grey tries for a kick but Lola blocks it and Lola drops Grey face first onto the ring steps.  Grey is bleeding from the ear and the referee checks on her.  Grey gets to her feet but she cannot stand up on her own.

The referee asks for the medical staff to check on her.

Grey says she is okay with a bandage around her head and she gets in the ring.

Grey with a hip toss and punches.  Lola with a back heel kick.  Lola with a forearm to the back of the head.  Lola with a knee to the midsection.  Lola with kicks to the chest.  Grey with punches.  Lola with an axe kick and a Saito suplex.  Lola with another Saito suplex.  Grey lands on her feet on a suplex attempt.  Grey with a kick and a German suplex.  Grey with a Saito suplex and a t-bone suplex.  Grey with a German suplex.  The straps come down and so does Grey.  Lola knocks Grey to the floor.  Lola with a kick.

Grey blocks a round kick and applies an ankle lock.  Lola rolls through for an ankle lock of her own.  Grey kicks Lola to get out of the hold.  Lola with kicks to Grey.  Grey with punches.  Lola goes to punches.  Grey with another kick and Lola with round kicks.  Lola with a back heel kick and a back fist that sends Grey off the edge but Hank and Tank push Grey into Lola and they bump heads and go down.  Lola with a rear naked choke.  Grey goes for a cross arm breaker but Lola blocks it.  Lola has a kick blocked.  Lola with an elbow and a spinning back fist to the referee.  Lola with a rear naked choke and body scissors on Grey.  Grey starts to pass out and Lola goes to check on the referee.

Wren slaps Grey to wake her up and motivate her.  Grey with a super kick but Lola with a round kick.  Grey with a cross arm breaker.  Lola taps out.

Winner: Kendal Grey via Submission to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.

After the match, they hug and Lola raises Kendal’s hand.
