Queen Aminata on “I Don’t Think People Give Mercedes Mone Enough Credit. She’s Amazing”

A recent episode of the CMLL Informa show featured Queen Aminata as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Aminata’s thoughts about having a role model in wrestling and her match against Mercedes Mone for the AEW Women’s World Championship at the AEW Dynamite Grand Slam France show.

“Growing up watching wrestling, I didn’t really have a role model, so I just wanted to make myself my own role model. Now that I’ve faced her in Paris, after that match, something stuck in my head. I want to be as good as this woman is. She is amazing. I don’t think people give her enough credit. I feel like I’m a different wrestler because of that match. It was in France, and I grew up in France. Of course, it’s the one and only Mercedes Mone. I want to do it again. I really want to wrestle her again. She’s amazing.”

Queen Aminata gives Mercedes Moné her flowers: "I wanna be as good as this woman is. She is amazing. I don’t think people give her enough credit.
