As noted before, The Bollywood Boyz’s Gurvinder “Gurv” Sihra, former Sunil Singh in WWE, suffered a collapsed lung injury during a match at an event for Pure Power Wrestling in Canada this past September.
Sihra provided an update earlier today announcing that he has been officially medically cleared by his trauma doctor for an in-ring return.
“It’s a big thumbs up. I’m happy to report I officially got cleared by my trauma Doctor today from my pneumothorax injury. Thank you to everyone, both far and near, that has reached out with well wishes, prayers and positive vibes. It’s been a strange 2.5 months with some uncertainties, however, anything is possible when you keep a positive mindset & keep the faith. ‘Conquer your mind. Conquer the world.‘ I’m looking forward to getting back into the ring and continuing this wrestling journey. I wear all my injuries like a badge of honor over the last 22 years. A lot of dreams, goals are left to accomplish. I hope you all continue to cheer on ‘The Bollywood Boyz! This highway man is ready to make towns. I couldn’t ask for a better way to start Diwali week than this news.”
Positive update: 🙏🏽 Happy Diwali 🪔 https://t.co/5thuxk9D3s
