— Management for Dragon Gate USA has decided to not pursue legal action against Davey Richards. Richards was already under a contract to ROH, and the company feels that they will be fighting an impossible battle and wasting financial resources. Last weekend there were many in the company that were adamant that there would be legal action, but the issue is now considered dead. There was some heat with the main Dragon Gate office in Japan over how the issue was handled. The feeling is that the company will mainly focus on the Japanese talents now, since they can be trusted to be completely be on board.
— In a correction from yesterday, the replay of the Dragon Gate USA Freedom Fight PPV will be on Saturday at 3PM, not Sunday.
