Big Rock/DC Comics Announcement Set?, D-Bryan’s Autobiography

— At the closing bell on Friday, WWE stock was at $12.62 per share.

— As we’ve been reporting, The Rock is rumored to play either Shazam or his nemesis, Black Adam in an upcoming DC Comics movie. In an update on this, DC will be making an announcement at the San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday so we’ll have more details at that point. Also, The Rock recently tweeted a photo of Superman, Shazam and Black Adam and captioned it with “Someone’s gonna get it..”

— Daniel Bryan confirmed at the San Diego Comic-Con event that he’s writing an autobiography which will be released just in time for WrestleMania 31. St. Martin’s Press released the following synopsis earlier today:

“Everyone’s favorite underdog, he’s proven to the world and to all of WWE that looks can be deceiving. This is the behind-the-scenes story told for the first time ever — from his beginnings as a child wanting to wrestle to his ten years on the circuit before finally making it in WWE.”
