— TMZ.com is reporting that Randy Orton has been cleared of any wrongdoing related to allegedly spitting gum in the face of teenage male last month after it was decided there wasn’t enough evidence to move forward with the case. A trial court determined there was “no probable cause found” to charge Orton with a crime after the teenager alleged that he spit in his face and called him a derogatory name when seeking an autograph in the parking lot of a Boston area restaurant.
