During the segment, it was noted that he is still unable to wrestle due to injuries. The last we heard was that “creative had nothing for him” and that still may be the case despite WWE saying otherwise.
Stardust and Goldust defeated The Usos to win the WWE Tag Team Championships at the WWE Nigh of Champions pay-per-view. This marks their second title reign together.
Also at the WWE Night of Champions pay-per-view, The Miz defeated Dolph Ziggler to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion. This marks The Miz’s fourth reign with the IC title.
AJ Lee also defeated Nikki Bella and Paige in a Divas triple threat match to win the WWE Divas Championship. This marks AJ’s third reign as WWE Divas Champion.
