The Updated TNA Bound For Glory Card – Seven Matches Set

As noted earlier, TNA has announced the following matches for TNA Bound For Glory. The PPV, which is being co-promoted with Wrestle-1, will take place on October 12th in Tokyo, Japan.

Of interesting note is that there is a Knockouts match on the card despite Wrestle-1′s Jimmy Suzuki saying that it wasn’t likely. He later clarified those comments (see below). Check out the card below:

* TNA X-Division Title Match: Samoa Joe vs. Low Ki vs. Kaz Hayashi
* Great Muta and Tajiri vs. Sanada and James Storm
* Bully Ray and Devon vs. Tommy Dreamer and Abyss
* EC3 vs. Ryota Hama
* MVP vs. Kazma Sakamoto
* Manik vs. Minoru Tanaka
* Havok vs. Velvet Sky

UPDATE: As previously reported, Wrestle-1′s Jimmy Suzuki took to Twitter to say that the Knockouts would not be likely for Bound for Glory as they “want to show good solid wrestling as a specialty of Japanese wrestling organization.” These comments drew the ire of some fans who felt he was disrespecting the Knockouts. Suzuki has now taken to Twitter apologizing:

Gail Kim came to Suzuki’s defense, posting:

ORIGINAL: According to Wrestle-1′s Jimmy Suzuki, the Knockouts are unlikely to appear on TNA’s Bound for Glory PPV. As previously reported, TNA is putting on the show in Japan with Wrestle-1 and when asked on Twitter, Suzuki said that he felt it wasn’t likely due to the stacked card plans. We can almost guarantee you that some of Suzuki’s comments below are not going to go over well with some of the TNA Knockouts.

Suzuki posted:
