UPDATE: The October 17th edition of WWE SmackDown scored a 1.96 (2.0) cable rating. This is up from last week’s 1.94 (1.9) cable rating. The show averaged 2.694 million viewers, which was up from last week’s 2.671 million viewers.
For a comparison, the October 18th, 2013 edition of WWE SmackDown scored a 1.83 rating, with 2.64 million viewers.
ORIGINAL: Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown held even in the ratings (even rising a tiny bit) but slipped in the 18 – 49 demo rating. The show drew 2.69 million viewers and a 0.7 demo rating, which were up 1% and down a tenth respectively from the previous week’s 2.67 million and 0.8.
The household/cable rating will be available later. The show was the #2 original cable show for the night, with Gold Rush taking #1.
