ThisIsFamous.com recently interviewed WWE Superstar Cesaro. Below are some highlights.
Cesaro on why he is good at adapting to other styles: “When I started I learned the European style, because that’s what I wrestled the most. I traveled to Japan, traveled to Mexico, learned their style from a Mexican teacher, and finally traveled to the United States, learning that style, and just training the whole time every day, and trying to learn every single style and every single thing because to be the best you have to be able to adapt to anything that gets thrown at you in the ring. And that’s why I’m the most exciting WWE Superstar to watch because you never know what I’m going to do, and you never know what’s going to happen, because I’m very unpredictable. I think that’s just an incredible skill to have. It takes a long time to master.”
His thoughts on his match with Dolph Ziggler at Hell in a Cell: “Well I think Dolph has done a great job elevating the tile just because he is a very good in-ring competitor. He’s never as good as I am, which is why I think I should be the Intercontinental Champion. If you look at the Intercontinental Champion, historically that has always belonged to the best of the best in-ring talent, the best wrestler, whatever you want to call it, that came out night after night, produced night after night, and that will be me. So I think rightfully the Intercontinental Championship should be mine from Smackdown, and I’ll go into Hell in a Cell as the Intercontinental Champion.”
