Stephan Bonnar Reacts To Batista’s MMA Future, WWE DVD Sale

— In an interview with Submission Radio, UFC Hall of Famer and Bellator fighter Stephan Bonnar spoke about Batista’s MMA skills.

He said: “I mean, Dave had one pro fight and he went through hell. He went through a hell of a training camp for it, and like I’ll say this perfectly, yeah his wrestling and his grappling game is pretty good. Like he’s got a nice, fast double leg, heavy top game, good back control, and really he wrestled in high school, he wrestled all those years so of course that’s the area that ends up the strongest. The striking game, although not bad, is the one that just like anyone else, strengths and weaknesses, but may need a little more work.”

— Wrestling DVD News reports that WWE is offering a special “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” sale on all WWE DVDs and Blu-rays at FYE stores. Prices on select titles were also reduced to $6.99 and $9.99 each. The price drop doesn’t include new releases like Attitude Era Vol 2, but new releases are included in the “BOGO” sale.
